Golden-FX not returning funds to clients

For the initial transfer, did they provide a confirmation code for the transfer? If yes, do you have the beneficiary bank account details for Golden FX? Most banks have a hotline that you can call, automated prompting only, where you can enter the confirmation code and get a AI response of the transfer status. This at minimum would help you determine if the initial transfer even occurred.

Some extra info - below are their IP details and their server is hosted by a company called Next Dimension.

Thank you The Punisher,
Golden-FX did not provide a confirmation code for the transfer.
I also do not have the beneficiary bank account details for Golden-FX.
Golden-FX stated that the problem was with the intermediary bank of their payment agent, so I guess that they may have sent digital currency like bitcoin or altcoins to an agent (perhaps Coinipop, because I had to use Coinipop for transferring funds to Golden-FX, or another agent) that would have needed to transfer it into Euros, after which that payment agent would need to do the actual bank-transfer in Euros.
I received no further information about the transfer, I do not know who the payment agent is, nor who is its bank.
Although Golden-FX informed me that they would open legal proceedings against the bank of the payment agent and keep me abreast of the situation, I received no further information from them.

The IP details that you provided, are these from Golden-FX.com or are they from the BRConsulting-Live trading server?

Next Dimension is the ISP hosting the server for Golden-FX and the IP is the server address of where Golden-FXs website is located. Next Dimension appears to be in either Northern NY or Southern Canada so they will likely be responsive although I would not contact them until you are fairly certain your funds cannot be recovered.

You could request the Swift Code of both financial institutions. Once you have this information it's very easy to track who these banks are.

Thank you The Punisher,
I would not know of which institutions I should request the Swift Code.
I do not think Golden-FX has a Swift Code, and they are not reachable now.
I do not think the payment agent has a Swift Code as they need a bank to do the bank-transfer to me. Moreover, I am uncertain as to who is the payment agent.

The webserver of Golden-FX is currently off-line. That is worrisome. Anybody who has more information about the current status of Golden-FX, please let me know.

I was informed by email from Mr. David Mattsen, the head of the legal department of Western-Capital, that Western-Capital bought Golden-FX after they (Golden-FX) filed for a bankruptcy due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
My account has been transferred to Western-Capital.
Mr. David Mattsen would like to assist me to withdraw my funds and close the account.

Western-Capital is new to me, so I looked at their website. I noticed that between yesterday and today ownership and operation of the website of Western-Capital has gone from QWERTY LTD in Kingstown (St. Vincent and the Grenadines), to Zets Invest LTD., in Gibraltar. There seem to be developments.

I will report the progress here.

Man this sounds terrible! I hope this gets sorted out as that is a balance you need in your pocket!

I became involved with Golden-FX last year when it took over the accounts of my previous broker and my account became an account at Golden-FX. This transfer was complete, meaning that also my bonus-obligation (the number of lots to be traded before I could withdraw) was transferred and also my trading account remained unchanged at the same trading-server “BRConsulting-Live”. My new account manager was Mike Ross.

Much to my surprise, Golden-FX decided to close my account and return me my funds. My account was from then on handled by the Legal department of Golden-FX and my new contact person there was Jeff Teage.
The account had grown rather big because never before was I able to withdraw due to my bonus obligations.

To solve my remaining bonus obligation and make the balance in my account available for withdrawal, I had to deposit 24.5 k for trading by “Golden-FX Group LTD” during 170 days after which this deposit would be returned to me. I received a contract for that from Jeff Teage, signed by Margaret Williams, CFO of Golden-FX Group LTD.
During the Covid-19 break-out, I was required to deposit an additional liquidity of 12.5k, that would also to be re-imbursed at the closure of my account. The period to closure of my account would be shortened to 40 days. Also for this I received a contract from Jeff Teage, signed by Margaret Williams, CFO of Golden-FX Group LTD.
Finally, I was requested to pay costs for the account closure (non refundable).

The total sum to be returned is the value of the equity (all positions are closed) plus the value of the two contracts, a total value of € 572777.37)

Golden-FX confirmed on July 7th 2020 that it had done everything for the transfer of my funds but on August 18th I also received a letter with a rather extensive explanation about the problem that Golden-FX had run into with the transfer.
Golden-FX declared that the return of my funds had stranded on a problem with the intermediary bank of its payment agent and stated that “For the time being we will not be able to execute another transfer”. The problem had occurred also with other clients. Golden-FX wrote that it plans legal proceedings against that bank and promised to keep me abreast, but although I asked for information I received no further information about those proceedings. Now, 3 months later, I still received no funds back.

The problems of Golden-FX with the intermediary bank of its payment agent are in my opinion no excuse for not returning my funds and for breaking the contracts. I am not part of the problem of Golden-FX with the intermediary bank of its payment agent.
To help finding a solution I even suggested that I might establish a digital account to create a possibility to transfer directly to me in digital currency e.g. bitcoins (on which I received no reaction).

Golden-FX must send me my funds back from account 21095 plus the refundable sums as contracted.

Hi
Gosh this Mike Ross guy does get around. I first encountered him at Blix Group in April but then my account got taken over by someone called Michelle Varella. She was the CTO apparently and said he'd been suspended. Previous to this, he had dealings at MAXCFD. I have attached a photo of him. Blix Group renamed to Bleaxmond around June time. Things just went from bad to worse after that. Sorry to hear of your trauma and good luck with recovering your funds.

Thank you Blix Bleaxmond Scam for the photo!

Unfortunately I still did not receive my funds back until now.
Western-Capital that declared to be in possession of my funds now requires an upfront deposit before they will transfer my funds back into my bank account. I suggested to subtract the required payment from my funds and transfer the difference to me but that was impossible according to Western-Capital.

Now, to avoid being scammed again, I am looking for a solution with a party in between that will forward funds from both sides only if both parties have deposited funds there, otherwise the funds will go back to where they came from.
