Hello

I'm new and trying to navigate my way around this forum. So please excuse if I am posting in the wrong forum.
I never thought it would happen to me, but it did...

I trusted naively and lost.

I'm not sure I can recoupe anything and don't know where to start.

I invested with a "swing trader" and deposited funds/bitcoin to axismarketfx.com. The fake trader "Lee Andre" or "Andre Banks Miller" or "Lee Lewis Andre" pretended to trade for a month and when it came time to "cash out," I was advised I wouldn't be able to unless I paid part of his "commission" upfront. I am unable to get a response from this fake website and unable to withdraw my original amount. No one responds to any requests.

Please do your research. Don't fall prey to these tactics. Avoid this company and this individual/individuals. I wish I knew how to get my money back (anything and everything is possible).

Hopefully someone reading this will be helped. Best wishes.

Where did you meet this guy or he was assigned by axismarketfx?

He infiltrated a professional group on Facebook that I belong to that I thought was sacred/vetted. He “traded” for me after advising I open an account and transfer bitcoin to axismarketfx.com.

So sorry to hear that bro, this is the latest scam going on most of every social media where Broker can't do anything as well.

Did you contact the broker about this and if yes then what reply you received from them?

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have reached out to him several times. His response is always that he has been “burned” in the past and can’t release my funds unless I pay him his commission upfront.

Typical. So tell him to deduct from the traded funds and profits.

Yes, of course I told him this. I just wish there was a way to access and withdraw my original funds from the axismarketfx account. This fake trader has a Facebook page listing his credentials and many “reviews,” likely fake. He also has a LinkedIn with 600 plus connections.

Now this Dilna Investments Ltd
leads to this:
but also to this:

(Leadercapital ltd, Leadcapital,...), so its not a good name in the business, as per internet search... Safecap Investments, Trade.com, all not good reputations, unfair brokers etc. Trade.com btw has a big operation in Romania...

Go with the FSA complaint (complaints@fsaseychelles.sc), more at: https://www.fsaseychelles.sc/complaints-handling/ ; and try brijesh@axicapital.sc as well.

Let us know what happens, good luck!

A lot of people use Trustpilot when electing an FX company. And go bust. Trustpilot, like Linkedin - you can write whatever you think of...
