Hi I have signed up to https://shift-holdings.com and have deposited a good amount over the past few weeks, they gave me a Bonus of around $4000 when I started. Now I tried to withdraw last Friday but was unable to do so, my broker said that I had to pay the bonus credit first to be able to withdraw. I only want to withdraw a part of what I deposited, not the profit or bonus. In their policy it mentions the following:
"13.7. The bonus and profits can only be withdrawn once the minimum trading requirements outlined above have been met. By accepting the deposit bonus, the Clients may NOT withdraw the trading profit funds at any time and nor the bonus funds they received until minimum trading requirements have been met. The Client may also withdraw the funds they deposited at any time, but not the trading profit funds and bonus until minimum trading requirements have been met."

When quoting this to the broker he sent me a file, I attached it below. The document doesn't have the company letterhead. Please can someone help me on what to do, because this seems like he is contradicting his own policy. Get back to us soon please.

Also, share the website with us.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. Have you any losses or running trades? If not they should release all your money and remove the bonus.
I am sure The Admin and other experienced people here will help and advise you what to do.

thats wat the company sent to me. and here is the website
as a poor family like us, some money we deposited. the company need to give it back which they are not.
how can I get the money.
Just send them one email that "I would like to have my deposit back" and then see what reply you are getting.

An update on my situation. From when I wrote this post I spoke to the manager and after that I have chosen not to be in contact with them via phone call. Last week Thursday they emailed me saying that my request to withdraw was declined because of an incomplete bonus. In my last communication with the manager, he said that they would return my deposit if I would remove my post on this forum, but if they are a genuine company, I should have have received my deposit by now as stated on their Terms and condition. I would recon that they would want to settle this publicly and demonstrate that they are a trustworthy company.
