USGFX - Waiting for over an half year now for my withdrawl

I want to invite usgfx but there are some thinks:
I can only select usgfx.com. Not usgfx.local.
Also I have no contact name or e-mail of my account manager.
So I ask them (in a support case) for the contact dates of my account manager. No answer after this request....

You can choose usgfx.com and take the email from the website address.

Hi, please, can anyone help me? I*m waiting now since July 2020 for my withdrawl from USGFX.

Every time, I chat with the support, I become the same answer:
"We are currently undergoing a regulatory transition hence the withdrawl time will be prolonged"

After some Month, I opened a support case, but the withdrawl didn't payed off.

Here is a screen of it and a screen of the last answer from support.

What should I do now? Is USGFX scam?

Same same here.
My withdrawal with USG FX global since 25 jan 2021 also hanging.
Nobody replied the client support email.
Chat support will tell you always the same reply, withdrawal bank TT is not available, the joke is they don't know when it will be available. No account manager will contact you.
BEWARE of USG FX global, never put any money in at all.thanks.
Attached is my withdrawal, still processing since 25 Jan 2021? today is 30 march 2021?
