Abandoned - FXCC Is a Big scammer site which not have a active License as a Financial dealer.

Many thanks to FPA to give the chance to publicly give alerts about scamming companies in the forex market. I believe FPA is the most reliable place which really public opinion matters. I want to warn all FPA users and traders about FXCC.com


. This company is not reliable and it obviously lies about its license in Vanuatu. Also, there are many scamming alerts in FPA that they do not withdraw customers' funds and do not reply to any request for an explanation. I am Achintha. & my customer number is CU91204. I have opened an account in FXCC a few weeks ago as I read their review on the internet they have very good services as well as they give very good conditions for trading (now I realized all the reviews on the internet about FXCC is not true). As I am from Sri Lanka. FXCC open my account in Vanuatu Island. They have two branches one in Cyprus and one in Vanuatu. It depends on the location that you enter to FXCC.com

You will enter two different websites (if your VPN is on from Europe then you cannot log in to your account. this is really ODD). However, it seems the one in Vanuatu is just a Paper Company (fake one) because of the following reasons.

• I)- inquiry from the chat section in my profile about the VFSC license number (VFSC is a regulator body in Vanuatu Island). They obviously tell lie about license and just say it is regulated.)
• 
• 2)- In the agreement, they clearly mislead the customers by saying they have registered in Vanuatu. They have just an international company in Vanuatu and do not have a license to give forex trading services. They mention they are registered in LAW PARTNER in section 2.2 of the agreement (pdf of agreement)
  
  
• Law partner is just Law firm in Vanuatu and what is the relation between that and having a license? I have checked previous scamming alerts about FXCC and it seems before they were more clearly lie about their license and mention that the license number is 14576 which is totally lying.
• 3)- I have an inquiry from VFSC if FXCC is regulated (email attached).

• VFSC mentions they are not. And it seems they illegally operate in Vanuatu and also Law partner is their partner for such illegal action. Dear friend, I believe FXCC is not a reliable and trustable company to open an account. They are really ignorant about their customers. they do not reply to customer emails.
  
  
  
• Also, they close the chat section for me (screenshot is attached)
  
• I highly recommend you withdraw your fund ASAP from FXCC and close your account. Have safe trade. Hopefully, one day forex market will be cleared from scammers like FXCC.

1. Did you deposit money with FXCC?

1. No I haven't deposit money on FXCC & I am really lucky. Because if I had deposited on FXCC definitely I will lose my money.

2. I was finding a trustful broker site & I found FXCC with good reviews on many platforms. So i decided to work with FXCC but i have done my own research then i found many evidence that proof that they are scammers.

Please email the regulator again and ask them to post a warning about the inaccurate claim which so many people are discovering at about the same time. If they do, let me know and I'll put a notice with a link to it on FXCC's review page.

Please email the regulator again and ask them to post a warning about the inaccurate claim which so many people are discovering at about the same time. If they do, let me know and I'll put a notice with a link to it on FXCC's review page.

VFSC has emailed a List Notice of fraud certificates holders of financial dealers license.

SO that FXCC is an illegal company it is proofed by VFSC Central clearance is also included in this identified 24 Companies. Now FPA can warn FXCC about their inaccurate claim.
