    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem 3 Months to Ironfx verify my account...can't trade...can't withdraw

Hello all,

I've opened one live account with Ironfx and I made the " mistake " of depositing before getting my account verified.
I've sent the documents asked for almost 3 months ago and everytime I talked with support different reasons was given to justify why they don't verify the account.
As I'm living in Germany my residence proof is in German so some times support says my documents are under review or waiting for translation or the residence isn't a full page document or that I just need to wait ( How much more??? ).
I also asked if I can withdraw my deposits, the answer was that I can't without having the account verified first.
Now, if Ironfx decides to not verify my account how can I get my money back?

The most important question: which company did you open account with

1. Notesco Financial Services Limited (CySEC license no. 125/10)
2. Notesco Limited Bermuda

If your IP is in Germany, you should have opened account with CySEC entity by default. If so, then the big question is why they accepted your deposit before you verified your account. What ever the case, contact your BAFIN. And email IronFX to inform them of your actions.

either way, it's not good. But hey... It's Notesco. Can't get much worst then that.

just to give all an heads up.
After waiting a bit more time I decided that enough is enough so I contacted Ironfx support one more time and explained my intentions...I gave them 2 more weeks to get my problem solved or by the end of last month I'd have contacted BAFIN to expose them.
Miraculously I got my account verified last week and requested a withdrawal ASAP.
Got my money back and hopefully got 1 lesson learned.

Least you can say that it was a free lesson! Not an idea scenario while stuck in it though I'm sure. Glad it was a good outcome!

Can you specify how much you deposited?

And can you attach the screenshot of emails you sent and received from ironfx?
