Are you addicted to trading?

Whether you become addicted to trading depends on whether you are addicted to making money? But what you need to know is the way you make money, whether you know how to analyze, and consider the market. I am very happy that I have a professional analyst, which allows me to control my profits well.

Please invite your analyst to start a thread in Commercial Trade Journals or even to start an FPA Performance Test. Then we can all see how well this person's advice works over time.

Perhaps trading can be considered as a way to acquaire an addiction to it, however it won't bring traders any success and hapiness. I think the word addiction doesn't suit here, maybe passion. Passionate is a cool thing it can allows you to feel free of various prejudices, disbeliefs and stuff like that. To be passionate of trading means that you will spend all your time only on it, sometimes it can't be useful for your health and mental condition as well. So, I believe addiction as well as passion should be controlled too, for example as emotions control because these two things are our emotions of course.

When we are trading and also getting a Profits/ Loss we tend to repeat the same process. This may happen if we want to get more profits and also same will happen if we are looking to recover the Losses we have made.

I do really think that an addiction to trading won't lead yout to something positive. Such people are concentrated not on their goals or process of trading, they are concentrated on particular open positions and become irritative in case they lose their money. I believe that trading turns out a gambling, when people don't understand that this activity requires lots of patience, calmness, knowledge and skills. When you make a mistake you try not to make it one more time, while people who are addicted they try to give their money back and don't even want to analyze their steps in order to prevent next mistakes.

I'm sure that addiction to trading as any other addiction will never lead you to any good, because addicted people in hundred percent of cases do actions unconsciously. Trading is a such kind of activity where your brain activity must prevail in all aspects, that's why addiction to trading will only lead you to big losses. Traders have to remember that when you see that you're gradually becoming addicted you have to reject from this activity for an uncertain period of time in order to exclude the worsen of your current situation. Unfortunately there are some traders how turn this activity into a gambling and bust their accounts.

I doubt that it can be called an addiction in the sense that we got used to. It is just the way of making money and traders perhaps cannot do anything else to provide themselves. Maybe there are some people who cannot imagine their lives without trading. but such people are not interested in the profits but the process itself. People that you have mentioned don't have addiction to trading. They just simply want to earn more. It is something like starting your own business: you've got to devote much time to it in the beginning in order to make it profitable and pay off all of your investments.

Yes, I am fully addicted by the Forex trading. I am trading since 2010. And now I can not think myself without Forex trading. Even the two off days of the Forex market I miss Forex trading. But I this two days I make my weekly plan. And I enjoy my addiction by my Forex profit.

I think one of the best perks about trading is the flexibility. If my kids have something going on or my husband wants to spontaneously go somewhere, I just use MT4 on my phone if I need to. Wouldn't want to feel like I couldn't leave because of it.

I am not but one of my friends is addicted to trading like anything. Infact even if he is eating, sleeping, walking, trading is on his mind 24/7.
