Ponzi Scheme investing4you.co.uk scam forex investment

Guaranteed profits become guaranteed losses.
This isn’t getting anywhere.
I don’t know Declan, and I am not a “fanboy” although at my age, being called a boy is somewhat of a complement I guess.

There’s no agenda on my part other than to ask if there were any other members of this forum who received a PayPal refund the same as me (which it seems there are) and I presume they’re all “fan boys” also, because they aren’t singing the same song as you?

I’ve never downloaded his app, as far as I was aware it was website based. But now you’re saying the screenshot is from the app and I’ve received a refund through his app?

So is he giving refunds, or isn’t he? Because your argument makes no sense here.

A large majority on here seem to think it’s ok to constantly tell people their investment has gone, and to offer doom and gloom.

But when people come along and mention their successful refunds, we should “shut up giving hope”.

Why did I take a refund?
Because I was eligible for a refund. I don’t really understand why you’re asking that part.

Why wouldn’t I take one?
If declan was still actively operating then I wouldn’t take a refund, but while there’s an active investigation ongoing my money would be sat still in a PayPal account earning no return (and that’s not why I invested).

I won’t be replying anymore as I seem to just be repeating myself, it also doesn’t matter if you do or don’t believe the evidence provided.

There’s plenty of others who have openly admitted they’ve had refunds also, and by the sounds of it you weren’t even invested so I’m not sure why you’re even involved on here.

I've been following this forum since this all kicked off in July, as I was waiting for a space to open up with Investing4You and keen to get in. Obviously I'm quite relieved I didn't because of all this, but there are things I do not understand regarding this whole debate. How is anyone that isn't a client of Declan and Investing4You, able to weigh in and have any say on this situation, other than using speculation, hearsay, word of mouth and rumours? Most of these posts against Investing4You scream jealousy to me, I'm assuming because they couldn't initially get in? And the people who appear to be defending Investing4You (likely clients) actually have some evidence showing positive progress, like the PayPal refund.

From what I understand, the clients are in contact with the company's solicitor, receiving updates the investigation progresses. Most the information will be confidential until the investigation is closed, with the only thing close to the truth been what the solicitor updates emails say. Absolutely anything else said on this forum, is speculation!

The PayPal refund is legitimate, as I have heard several people (not on this forum) whom I know had invested via PayPal and have received a refund directly from the Investing4You PayPal account, not as a refund from PayPal itself. This money can't be claimed back by PayPal in the future as the refund didn't come from PayPal, it came THROUGH PayPal, like any other business transaction/refund. Don't add worry to those who have managed to get their money back, telling them it may be taken away again? As that just isn't true. I am happy for those who have their investment back and this seems to be a good sign of progress.

None of you can state this is a scam until the investigation has concluded, nor can the defenders confidentially state the investing was legitimate! Let the police do their job and the truth will be known. Until then, this forum is just a joke.

Some of us have some expertise in this field.

I joined the thread to try to get Declan to prove his impossible returns. Naturally, he failed to do so.

I also believe my efforts in this thread probably saved at least a few people from investing in this doomed scheme and a few others from pumping more of their hard earned money into it before it got shut down.

So I guess you think I should have sat idly by and let the multis who were promoting the plan drown out all those who questioned it.

Do you know what will happen when investors who have taken far more money out than they put in, and have spent it all, will they have to pay any of it back? Eg. Invested 10k , spent 60k.

Do you know why paypal would allow a refund as such then?
People are still made to believe they will receive money back early 2022 as told by solicitors/dec. How can they say such things if all is false. Cannot figure this out.

1 year anniversary of investing4you congratulations to all that made this happen.

Congratulations to anyone who put in £1000 and had the trust in Declan one year ago.

Going on very conservative returns Declan has shown his clients - 3% a day then those who invested early on and put in £1000 will now have about £170,000* to £250,000* sat waiting in their accounts waiting to be unlocked once all this rubbish with the Police is sorted out.

It's too bad they could not get their money invested for the full 12 months as they would of had about £2,176,097.87* in their accounts.

yeah dont forget Declan , gives 80% of the "profits" back and only keeps 20% for himself. He would have been better off , growing his own funds and never dealing with investors. Go figure

Highly coincidental that Dec had been trading for 5 years and yet the only time that he has been able to acquire some nice assets has been since he started I4U. Factoring in a learning curve at the initial outset then surely he should have been a multi-millionaire year 4-5 with the purported returns that have been stated and he should have been able to achieve himself.

I would guess he had such a kind and generous heart, he wanted to help others and share the money he was making. Build a business and be happy with taking 20%.
Or should I guess again ???
