Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

This is the other guys statement, but its funny how similar their statements are isn’t and how history cuts of on each and doesn’t overlap.

Also funny if the other guy got his issue at end of October, what did he wait for until now to post? It’s almost as if its a group of people or same person.

But, listen to me you paid ActivTrades employee there is no way in hell these good people are trying to cheat the casino by rigging the game. No way I tell you. It has never happened.

It's funny that ActivTrades spend more money to instruct own employees on how to subscribe and spam no-sense defense on forum all over the web.

This guy (ActivTrades employee) has reached this FPA forum last saturday just to defend a random broker. That's ilarious.

Sure, mate. But they probably did that and realized I am not their employee and I’ve also never traded with them. It is funny nothing I said or asked was addressed. Instead you point the fingers, because gaslighting is the strategy you know best.

Why are both your history’s so similar?
Why is there discrepancies in bid/ask in your trades?
Why did you wait until December to complain?

I don’t know if you have noticed but I have barely mentioned the broker.

Prisoners dilemma is a funny thing. Everyone would be better of lying, however, there is always someone who spills the beans.

The broker doesn’t care or they would have replied by now because you have no case and you know it. This is just a smear campaign to not get reversed next time.

Is it?
Looks like I've really taken it from the other similar thread's statement. They do look alike.
I'm really intrigued by this battle of twins now! Simalar accounts start simila threads and file similar complaints. Similar and obviously suspicious accounts defend the broker.
@D4NY76 can you confirm you don't have the same entry in your statement? Or those are also identical?

No, we are not mate.
I can answer just for me not for other people with similar problems.
My complain is from the december because after months of trading everything has been cancelled in december. Simple enough?

I knew that brokers at least had a habit of warning if a trading style was not welcome. But above all that they did it in good time and not after months. But do you want to know the truth? The truth is that brokers make a lot of money and every single trade creates a profit through spreads or commissions. For brokers everything is fine as long as you lose money, because they earn it. If I had lost money you can be 100% sure that they would not have written off anything and their profits would have kept them. This is not playing on equal terms.

As for you, do you really think that there is someone who believes that a user registers on this site just to participate in this discussion? without any personal or corporate interest?

I've highlighted where your problem is. You cannot buy and sell at the same time and walk away with a profit. If you do that is considered trading on incorrect prices. No broker is going to let you get away with that.

I personally believe that if a broker has incorrect pricing, they should be taken to the cleaners but unfortunately that is not the way it works and until the regulators change the rules to eliminate manifest error there is nothing that can be done.

Park this EA and find another way to make money.

As a matter of fact, I do trade with ActivTrades and I have removed plenty of profits, so your basic accusation that they remove profits from profitable traders is not correct.

Yes, I have an agenda - I don’t like blackmail, pathological liars & sociopaths.

Equal terms? Terms and Conditions. Read them because you do sign them. The said broker probably didn’t even know you existed until something got triggered to look into you, which is why they reacted late.

Send Sergei my regards as a loving ex-customer and all.

Spam Cat also has an agenda. He ate a couple of "traders" who were defending ActivTrades - after he sniffed out that they were ActivTrades employees.

ActivTrades should visit the threads those employees posted in to apologize for this unethical deception. If they remain silent, everyone will know they think this dishonesty is something that will make people trust them with money.
