Hi

Start trading this week with Blueberry Markets . After having profit of 3000+ $ I applied withdraw . next morning they proceed withdraw but removed my remaining balance 300$ . when I contacted they said we detect latency trading . but it was not latency trading I did scalping and all trades opened manually . All trades comment they can see . its showing placed manually . I asked on live chat before trading and they said yes scalping is allowed . They just removed balance without asking or informing me and only explained when I contacted . Said we are investigating and balance on hold . it will be soon return to your trading account . But still no reply regarding this balance . yesterday I deposit again in additional account . made 9000+ profit . applied withdraw and they denied withdraw and reversed all profits . again I did scalping and all trades opened manually . They way of dealing with clients is totally unprofessional . As a reputable broker they should not deal with their clients like that . Making excuses and rejecting profits when client going to have profit . if there was anything wrong with my trading way then why they didn't informed or contacted when i was trading . They just cancel withdraw . Its ok I can understand if they are no more interested to allow me for trading with them but they should proceed all pending withdraw request . That's all .And everyone should be aware and think twice when going to trade with this broker . The Main broker and group its Eight Cap Broker Australia . Blueberry is the representative . I'm also attaching all screenshots here for proof and I request FPA Admin to take a look on this matter and also invite here Blueberry representative to explain further . I'm also going to contact Regulatory Commission . Not going to leave the funds . As a client I have right to proceed in any legal way .

Hi Asad, we sincerely apologise for any frustration this may have caused. It appears, however, that there may have been a slight confusion here. As we have communicated with you over email, Blueberry Markets' Index pricing has experienced some data latency which we have seen traded on via client accounts. We were not referring to latency on your end, rather, a latency on pricing from liquidity providers.

The inaccurate latent price rates provided to Blueberry Markets resulted in incorrect trading outcomes on index markets such as NDX100 and US30. Due to the inaccuracy of this pricing and end result for clients, Blueberry Markets has deemed such trading on your account as incorrect. This has been ratified by liquidity providers of ours that have deemed your trading as illegitimate. This is the reason why adjustments have been made on your trading accounts.

If you wish to discuss this matter further, please reply to the last email we sent you, which should’ve come from Robin, our Sales Manager. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry but this is nothing just only excuse. I don't know you sent my trades to LP or Manage on your own end . So how i can believe ?. As i said if there was problem then why didn't sent me an email or call me to stop the trading when i was opening trades ? and why the Senior officer on live chat said yes scalping is allowed . you guys just making excuse now . i never did latency trading . it is normal trading based on scalping and all trades placed manually you can check every trade its opened manually . Now just proceed withdraw of 10073$ total funds . That's all and i am not going to trade again with Blueberry markets .

Hi there,

I am with you here. How can you verify what ever they are saying. The bottom line is they have made a mistake and now they are backtracking so not to pay you the profit.

The key question here @Blueberry_Markets would you have refunded him money if it was the other way round and he lost money due to your latency mistake? I bet you would have not; hence you should pay up - it’s your mistake (if there was such a glitch anyway).

Thanks and good luck with these scammers @Blueberry_Markets

Yes it is only the excuse because i can see other traders complain against Blueberry Markets . but now as i can see they also disabled access to client portal area . If you guys detect latency trading then just simply prove it here . Upload the authentic proof so all of us we can see in which way you are detecting this normal trading to latency trading . Prove it .

This is such a lame excuse.

He made a profit of of 3000+ USD and then made a withdrawal request, it got rejected.
And then he made another profit of 9000+ USD and made another withdrawal request, it still got rejected.

So , your liquidity providers provided wrong pricing both times???

That's such a pleasant coincidence ... for you...

just run away from blueberry markets, they try really hard to give the impression that they are on your side but they don't hesitate to screw you when you're making big profits, it has already been discussed here quite extensively

the only thing I can admit is that they know how to sell themselves and have a good image, I dealt with them last year because of the number of people who recommended this broker to me (including youtubers, and I live in france so that's quite uncommon) because of how they are "trustworthy", but it didn't take long to figure out it's all fake

just don't waste your time, there are so much better brokers

Finally good news. I have been communicating with them over the last few days, after
several conversations, yesterday I spoke with one of the Senior Representatives
from Compliance department, who was able to walk me through the situation that
occurred and the sequence of events on their end. He was very helpful and after
explanation of the whole matter he resolved my issue. They invited me again to
continue trading with them and now there will be no problem. The problem of
inaccurate pricing and latency was that of an individual Liquidity provider and
they've advised that this should not happen again. I am satisfied with the
resolution, Thanks a lot Blueberry Markets

Special Thanks to FPA Admin and other FPA members those helped me out to raised
this issue on a serious note.
