RESOLVED: OctaFx i have placed 632$ withdrawal request on 8th Feb 2022 at 11 am still not received my fund

Hi, I placed a request on 8th Feb 2022, and still it is showing pending. their representative is also not helpful as they are giving the same reason for the past three days.
It is really frustrating for me, I would request help here. Account no. 40523179, MT5.

It is down to your bank as they said. Try contacting your bank as they will likely be able to see the transaction waiting to be cleared by them.
 
already checked with the bank.. its fault with their service provider. i have asked them to show the proof that they have sent to my bank. but they are unable to do so

Today it is 14/2 and still waiting for my money. I have not stopped trading with octafx.. but it's serious problem for me.. today again placed a request for 100$. and asked their customer service about my last withdrawal. this is what they say
