You have scammed my account with the amount 68000 euro by using false representations + 9000 that is in my account and you do not allow me to withdraw. So a total scam of 77000 euro.
It's clear that you have scammed me all the way because I am black.
I have lost everything because of you. My life has no meaning anymore, You make me abandon my family and my church.
You make me to feel like slave because of your scam and racial discrimination. My heart and mind can not leave like this anymore

Sorry for your loss and we will do our best to help you. First, no amount of money is worth taking your life. Please calm down and think through the rationale of your actions. Most of these scammers are in Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar and they do this all day long for a living. The scam is called Pig Butchering and they followed a script to steal your money. Unfortunately they do this to many innocent people and countries such as Cambodia and Laos are lawless and their government officials even profit off of the scams. The scams are well known by the Governments there and they don't care what happens to innocent people. Most of the scam bosses, high up bosses, are Chinese nationals now living in Cambodia and Laos.

From the terminal in your MT5 platform, it appears that you deposited $612, then profited more than $98k.

Then it appears that $90k was withdrawn.

A legitimate and honest broker would not withdraw funds from your account without your authorisation.

If the MT5 numbers are true, then you've actually made money, not lost it - if this is incorrect, could you show us a copy of your MT5 statement (not just the numbers in the MT5 terminal)?

Based on the evidence revealed so far, it appears to be a pattern of this company to remove profits that they wish not to pay their clients. I have not seen a situation where it is the opposite situation (the client has a large loss, the company adjusts those trades, and the client is effectively given a "do-over")

Did you study the different business models that an OTC fx cfd brokerage uses? Did you fully understand the business model that VantageFx uses?

But the good news is that you don't have to blame yourself for the actions of someone else. You CAN educate yourself to how the OTC world actually works and make better choices.

The cash adjustment that is shown in the first screenshot is likely Vantage just removing the profit made, based on some arbitrary excuse that the trades were "abusive". So apparently that gives this brokerage full reneging rights. An agency model brokerage could not do this.

That kind of money can really change people's lives. If he earned it legitimately, he has every right to withdraw it to his bank account / payment processor. Not have it cancelled [stolen from] him from the pit boss or other casino staff. But the casino CAN refuse the customer from doing any further business (tell you to leave). This one has proceed to a recent TC invitation to the thread. The weighting on the associated review has been increased and will be increased more if the broker declines to show up.

Affiliate issues have never been permitted to serve as the basis of a vote.

Traders Court votes have always require evidence, not just hearsay. The evidence must be presented in a Scam Alerts thread so that members can ask questions and the company has the option to present counter evidence.

If the FPA decided to throw evidence out the window and base TC on only reviews and ratings, I would resign. Someone else would have to lift the scam findings against a large number of companies which worked very hard to get that label while somehow having better ratings than Vantage. My replacement would also have to label several SEC regulated US stockbrokers as scams, mostly because their customer service agents are very good at annoying clients. Even if the FPA did do this, Vantage is still rated above 2.5 stars in spite of time weighting on reviews and extra weight applied to those with unresolved issues in Scam Alerts.

I'd like to remind everyone of the FPA Trader Court's priorities as laid out in the changes to TC rules published earlier this month and stickied in this folder....

In order of priority, the main goals of the FPA's Traders Court system are...

1. Helping traders and companies get issues resolved fairly whenever possible.

2. Providing larger exposure to unresolved problems in the forums and reviews. A major part of this involves increasing the weight assigned to qualified reviews. This lets the ratings of companies that refuse to properly address issues fall faster than if the rating was based on evenly weighted reviews.

3. For the most outrageous and egregious scams with solid evidence and multiple complaints, a vote can be held regarding a Scam label.

And the reason for the change of how TC worked...

I've tried lesser policies, but the people who only care about their issue and don't care about rules, evidence, or even fairness to their fellow FPA members left me with no choice but to put firmer rules in place.

As of today, Traders Court votes will be reserved for only the most egregious cases of scam and fraud where the FPA has seen large amounts of evidence proving the company to be a direct threat to the bulk of its clients. Things like deposit-only brokers luring clients into kiss of death trades or paying fake fees would qualify, if we can get multiple clients with proof.

For smaller issues, weighting of reviews and relevant FPA alerts on review pages will be the primary way to convince a badly behaved company to treat clients more fairly. Good evidence helps increase weight. Failure to reply or failure to provide a reasonable reply by a company representative will increase weight.

I am not happy with the amount of complaints that Vantage has generated, but we are a long way from most outrageous and egregious and only have one active thread that even made it to the TC invitation phase.

Please let's get this thread back on track and try to resolve Sarah's issue and direct her to the appropriate regulators if we can't.

On the 4th of June Despina Timvios the customer representative of vantagemarkets emailed me with a very small offer but with the condition first to sign a disclosure agreement which means to erased my posts.I havent accept the funny offer of 30k because i dont care for less money. i have 2 options. Or i get my money full back or i maintain my dignity and beliefs to a respectable level. The only way to keep my dignity, in my opinion is to expose vantagemarkets so much that my name will be remembered for years.
