I wasn't invested personally. Last time I heard there were several hundred creditors who were due multi millions in returns and hadn't received them. There also didn't seem to be any legal consequences for the two in charge. In fact one of them appears to be a "respected" member of the financial community, appearing at industry awards and the like.

Just wondered if the situation had changed.

I wasn’t invested indirectly. There’s a class action being taken against Gill & Courtneidge.

I am a shareholder in a company that invested in GCW & I cannot get my investment back.

I spoke to a GCW shareholder, who took legal action against them, in 2019. He told me that the police were investigating then. So depressing that nobody has faced justice yet.

GCW Funding & GCW Funding 2 were wound up by the OR on 5th April but not going to be dissolved until Feb 2025.
Investigations are still ongoing. Presumably into Gill and Courtneidge?
If any funds had been recovered the liquidator would have distributed them by now.

I think the funds will have been used to lure the next batch of us mugs under a different scheme name.
GCW, Swisspro, Magna, Ultra, Ardu, CWM, Pellucid, Libra, Denaro etc etc.
