Resolved: Can't Withdraw Money From Honorfx (Honorfx.com)

This is Giang from VietNam and below is my true experience about Honorfx.com.

Here is my story:
I have been trading with honorfx for 2 months from first of August.
At first everything was fine, my deposit and withdraw was proceed normally.
But thing was happened. On 25-August/2022, I try to withdraw of 26,000 USD then after few days it have been reversed to my account.
After several times trying, it all the same. Now all my withdrawal was be rejected.
I contacted with Honorfx Support team. They said there was a suspicious IP address is trying to log in to my account. so that they do not allow me to withdraw to protect my account.
But when I ask them to let me confirm that IP address. Then he just told me to wait for another week. (For me it does not make any sense).
I also read very carefully about withdrawal policy of Honorfx, follow term 3, withdrawal procedure: Withdrawals are processed by the Company within 24 hours of request. The funds will be posted to the Client’s account.
For what Honorfx doing is asking customer to follow their policy, but not them.
Now My 46,000 USD was stuck on account.
I'm waiting for Honorfx staff to solve this issue quickly as they promise.

I wonder why HonorFX is taking so long to investigate. It only took me 2 minutes to find that your IPs overlapped with 3 other people who left reviews for HonorFx. Two of them already had Scam complaints against this company resolved. One of those was online from the same IP within 2 minutes of you.

Please explain what is going on or I'll have no choice but to start banning accounts.

What you have seen is true. All of us have same issue with honorfx. But i dont know how to post the thread here so my friend- Trang help me out.
There is not only three of us got trouble with Honorfx but also plenty of people in our country have same issue as well.
We also have group chat for those people who have trouble with this broker and to help each other to get the money back.
I am truly sorry if it makes confusion to you, but what I have been through with this broker is totally correct.
So please don't erase this post.

You and Nguyễn Đức Phương have no IP overlaps.

Traitimthuytinh0309 has a second account under the name Doan Duc Phuc.

You and Lan pham thi used the same IP within a few minutes of each other a few days ago.

You share 1 IP with Doan Duc Phuc and 2 IPs with both Traitimthuytinh0309 and Lan pham thi.

and i dont get it why IP problem got seriously. Cuz what I'm trying to do is get my money back only.
and what honorfx need to do is follow their policy, not to take customer's money.

She supports me to create the account here as well.
She must help you from your own device (mobile, laptop). There might be remote options or in-person options, but you must be using your own device....I assume you use your own devices for trading, correct?

and i dont get it why IP problem got seriously. Cuz what I'm trying to do is get my money back only.

There is a lot of fraudulent activity that can take place with multi-accounts that are not pre-approved. The solution is for each victim to just login to the forum through their own device without using proxy (even if you have help from a friend). @Traitimthuytinh0309 must take note of this also.
