At the end of July I opened a trading account 90206 and made a deposit of around 400 usd. At 14 of September I got an email saying that my trading account was blocked without any proper explanation. At the time of account block I had 252 usd profit. On 22 of September I made a withdrawal request which is still pending.

The company doesn't reply to email, their phone number +44 131 618 8832 is not working. I have a personal manager Ms. Essy Lidia Falmalia, she didn't reply on whatsapp.

Also, when i am trying to talk to someone in chat - they close it and block me by ip-address. If i want to open livechat again i have to use a VPN and another web-browser.

I found them in FPA, then I checked their website stat (similarweb) to see how many clients are using them. In July and August there were around 200 000 people visiting the website.

Their client's cabinet worked on 25.07.2022, because I was able to do the deposit, probably they renamed/changed the domain.

No, they didn't ask for any fees or taxes. They are barely replying to me. Here is the conversation with the personal manager, she replied to me 2 days ago. The phone numbers still dont work as well as no replies to my emails or tickets in the cabinet.

I am a representative from MFM Securities, please be informed that regarding your issue, we sent an email to you on 14th September 2022 regarding the Client’s Abusive Trading Strategies the subject is "Disabled MFM Securities Trading Account Due to Manipulation in Trading Activity". We mentioned the clauses in the email given. That should explain the reason we take an action to close your trading account with us.

In the email, we also stated that you are allowed to withdraw your capital by yourself. If you cannot do so you can contact our live chat at our website https://mfmsbroker.com/ or email support@mfmsecurities.com our agent will assist you to do the transaction.

The company just returned my deposit 393 USD. However, they still holding my profit.
