Why you take away remaining money from my account 119394 ?
Sequence.

1. Previous Ledger Balance: 0.48 $.
2. Deposit 19 $.
3. Closed Trade P/L: 6 $.
4. Withdrawal: 25 $.
5. Balance: 0.48 $.

6. You have taken away these 0.48 $. Why?

I do empathy to anyone above, I understand all of you feeling. I believe the justice still around the corner...I am waiting to see Figfx punishment. May God punish them...May FPA punish them...May all their clients punish them...leave them....punish them...punish them!

Here, the only evidence that figfx sent me and mom is a print screen of record, we access from the same IP ***I never realised that access from same IP can be the evidence for 3 blames...

Figfx not paying trader's profit?

I will bookmark and follow this case until solved by two parties. (Not just one party is satisfied) In the case above, the customer still didn’t satisfy. (chanya against fig fx)

I will consider not to add fund to FIG FX because of this case, even though they sent me an email for me to do a deposit again (I got stop-out last week), and they offered me balance adjustment to be zero for complimentary and 100% bonus.

Similar to the case above, I’m worried if I gain profit in the future; will Figfx accuse me doing something that breaking their rule and will not pay me my profit? I didn’t register as IB with Figfx but All who read this post will be also consider twice to trade in FigFx. From the files I read from Chanya’s upload files in forum, I can assure it is authentic and can be used as evidence in court. So, to make us confidence again in trading with figfx, could Mr. Javier please answer the question honestly to gain trust from your traders.

I know that figfx is money maker and sometimes dealt with conflict of interest between figfx and customer. But the accusations that were given by figfx, I consider not strong enough to put blame on trader.

That trader profit only 932 dollars but figfx didn’t pay it with common reason that usually I heard from figfx which is "SELF REBATE".

My question is, how did you prove a person is doing “SELF REBATE”? Please provide with evidence and how much he / she get from doing “SELF REBATE”?

(3) Account management
You also operate a third account accessing our servers from the same IP address.
CONSIDERING THIS SITUATION:
MR. X works in big building office and all computers connects to the SAME IP address. Mr. X register to figfx and trade from X's computer connected by office IP address. AND there is also another person (Mr. Y) whom even Mr. X never know (not Mr. X’s friend), working in the same building, and already registered as IB and trade using office computer connected to the SAME IP address.
Mr. X trade and win profit.
Both Mr. X and Mr. Y trade using the same IP address in office (but never know to each other), so, how figfx will handle this matter? They are registered using the same IP, but have different ID and residential address, is this kind of “SELF REBATE”?
In that case between Chanya against FIG FX, there was also print screen of email from figfx representative showing that this chanya is ALLOWED to open another account using his/her computer (and before he/she already declared that he/she register as IB)

2) False Identity
Each of the two above accounts use a different address, residential address and telephone.
My opinion, just ask the person to prove it, if it is proven; figfx should return all the money. From that case above, he even allowed figfx to call the bank. In my opinion, this is kind of good checking.
Another example is between me and my wife; we have different address and different phone. And all ID is different but we stay under one roof. I am a foreigner who works in another country, and married to a local woman.

This is very important and even small money must be return. Don’t just look at 48 cents and underestimate the amount!
Just imagine, if figfx has 10,000 customers, and took every 48 cents from all of 10,000 customers, the result will be 0.48 x 10000 = 4800 dollars!
I will follow this case until the matter has been clarified and solved by two parties (figfx and its customer) before considering re-depositing to my account in figfx.

This operation is called a zero balance; And is visible on almost all FIGfx accounts in both directions to reset the balance upon user's withdrawal, or replenishment.

Interesting, why you never say thanks when you get a $100 free bonus.. but have enough time to come here and shout when we take back $0.48 of those.

Thank you for your interest in following this investigation. We appreciate your concerns.

The Thailand case "chanya" is nothing to worry about. We face lots of those almost daily with people "using" their father's, mother's, sister's, room mate's names and addresses to verify additional accounts.

Their principle of work if very naive.. if we make it, nice!! if they catch us, we'll go to FPA and cry. This is why we encourage them to head directly to the nearest lawyer! Somewhere inside themselves they know they will lose, so they never do.

Side hint:
If you spare a few minutes to check this thread from it's start.. you will notice that FIG has been able to workout all cases where the trader "at least" confessed their mistakes. When it comes to people crying, shouting and more denial.. It's a useless debate... We strongly believe the first step in solving ANY problem on this earth, is identifying where the real problem resides. Something, that this trader is far from being able to do, unfortunately.

hi i have use fapTurbo for 2 month at figFX and my EA work fairly not flooding server or use market gap , price jump and other you say.
until now it work OK
but i just want make sure is FAPturbo 50 is allowed EA here ??
because it just say 4xgreed , genius , kaprit/pacul is not allowed

if my EA not allowed then i will stop it soon , because when i open account fapturbo is allowed

FAPTurbo is not built around exploiting server delays. It uses the RSI indicator to detect oversold and overbought conditions during the quiet times of day and makes a trade in the hope that there will be a reversal in price direction.

Latency arbitrage is not cheating either, as it is done professionally by the big boys in higher end currency trading. Probably your infrastructure is too cheap and low-end to be able to keep up quickly enough with the fast moving markets, so you then call it cheating if someone is able to profit from it.

I think you should simply get to the point and say: "any consistently profitable EA or strategy is not allowed. Trade elsewhere if you expect to make profits."
