I questioned the use of the word, 'FREE' to this Customer Service. It seems that 'Service' is also a word that might be questioned.
I have slightly altered the more obscene words used in their replies to my queries so as not to infringe forum rules. The words they used were written out explicitly in full....

Thank you for your prompt reply.
I seem to have touched a raw nerve, which is very interesting.
Do you really consider that everyone is a moron who is in disagreement with your practices and opinions?
Do you even know what a moron actually is?
Further to our discussion on the definition of the term, 'free', please consider the following submission from an authority who is far from being a moron.
In fact I consider it highly likely that his IQ is higher than you can count.
He says:-
"The word 'free' is often and mistakenly taken to have the narrow meaning of 'without monetary cost'.
This, however, is a very restricted and demeaning contraction of the truth.
A more accurate but by no means exhaustive definition would need to include the following concepts of exemption from:-
any rule,
requirement,
confinement,
compulsion,
obligation,
duty,
restraint,
obstruction,
constraint
or restriction.
This broader expansion gives depth and meaning to the proposition that, ' There is no such thing as a free lunch.'
Meaning to say,' Beware those tempting offers that promise something for nothing. There may be no initial monetary cost but the item will cost you eventually and is therefore not FREE in the deeper and more comprehensive understanding of real freedom."
I know that you are going to hate me for it but somehow I just tend to agree with this definition over and above the one proposed by yourself.
Incidently, the term 'moron' currently means:-
A genetic element in lambdoid phages acquired through recent gene transfer. These genes are unrelated in function to the genes surrounding them. They were named morons because their addition to the phage genome means that there is 'more DNA' than there is without the element.
.....but then - you knew that didn't you?
Please don't reply. You are in the wrong league.
