Is that what happened mohanad? They would definitely have a right to not grant an account to someone that would do that....

FigFx is all scam.

Hi there,
I have been trading with figfx 1 years ago.
By then they had no policies on using agressive robots.
So I used them. It seemed having no problem at that time but I stopped trading forex for some reason. I checked account logging in to figfx about 2 times during 1 year period to see my money is safe. Today I tried to login to figfx the message appeared "Account Disabled". I immediately contacted figfx reps they said "Account was disabled due to violating TOS using agressive scalping". At the point where I was trading with robots they had no policy, now they made policy and banned my account.
I can't believe they are doing this types of business in bad manner.
I learned a lesson. I had some money in the account Now my money is all gone.

I think FigFx ought to behave better towards a customer's complaint. In business, a customer is king. So, they are yet to proof that they are not a scam.

If you look at some of the reviews for this broker, you will understand that they

1) Are quite rude when you have an issue with them

2) Actively engage in traps through their TnC to try to withhold your deposit.

Whilst there may be nothing legally wrong with this, is this a broker that you really want to deal with?

There are many who will be much more considerate when dealing with you.

I'm sure figfx have many very satisfied customers, however I assume those customers havn't had a problem yet.

It's possible that if figfx endeavours to stay on this path it may be advisable to move them into the 'scoundrels' category on the forum.

I'm going to have to come down on Fig's side this time. Any client who starts out that way is going to be nothing but an enduring headache. In a case like this, return the $25 and banning him is the most logical thing to do.
