Looks like a DRPO might be forming with EURUSD in the D1, but also possibly in M30 or H1. Question, if in a lower timeframe, e.g. M15, a DRPO has forming, but in M30, starts to form, but in H1, might be just a B&B... which signal to follow? all has minimum 8 bars.

If you want to use Sives analysis great help for you will Joe's book 'Trading with DiNapoli Levels' or use this forum or Google to check what is double repo, bread&butter etc...
Otherwise you gonna hurt yourself.

It depends in what time frame you're trading. Your question is almost the same as "If weekly trend is bearish and daily bullish - what I should to do Buy or "Sell"?"
