I need help. I am a registered IB 81756 with alpari-forex.com and our business has been going fully without any problems since 2010 January. I must say that the requirement upon signing up for IB partner with alpari then was that I need to have three active clients who must have traded for one good month before I can make withdrawal from my IB account.

I meant this requirement since last January 2010 and I have been making withdrawal every month without any hindrance even down to the end of year 2010. I continue to be enjoying withdrawal from my IB account every month even when I am having only one active client under my partner account at the end of every month. I have the necessary document to support my claims to this effect.


I do not stop at this, I continue the good business with alpari-forex.com and in the month of January 2011, I had two active clients under my IB account 81756 and later request for the withdrawal of my IB partner account early February. I was made to know that I need to get one more active client to make it three active clients under my IB partner account before I can make
withdrawal. I was even made to know that my ID and utility bill need to be forwarded before I can get the fund withdrawal in the month of March.


Thus, I uploaded my valid ID card and utility bill in my client’s portal area which was later confirmed to me in my email. I made every concerted effort to introduce one more clients to make it three active clients trading under my IB account in the month of February. That implies, I had two active clients in the month of January and three active clients in the month of Febuary. In March 1 2011, I forwarded a requested for withdrawal of my IB fund which has accumulated to $9840, and I was made to know that I can not make withdrawal again. I requested for the reason behind it and they started giving me flimsy excuse that the percentage generated by a client in my partner account is too much and that until this fund in percentage is reduce; I can not get my withdrawal fund.

Infact I do not understand their stance as this was not part of the condition before we started the business since 2010 that enable me to get fund withdraw every month. The painful aspect of it is that they have just forwarded an email to me that my IB fund will be remove from my IB account. I considered this as a deliberate attempt to frustrate me of my hard earning with alpari since this is the first time I have worked so hard to generate $9840 in my IB account.


I want to inform you that they claim to have amended their regulation as regard IB regulation. They never at any time forward me prior notification as regards changes in their IB regulation if not now that they are just telling me as the reason why I can not make withdraw from my IB account. Another latest excuse is that the IP that trades the account is the same to my IB account. I considered this as a deliberate attempt to deny me of my hard earns money. For your information, they have threatened me that the daily commission to my IB account will be stop.


Please, I need help from you on how to get my IB fund withdrawn from alpari-forex.com.

According to IB Regulations:

5.3. The IB is not entitled, in its own name and/or on behalf of an interested party, to register a new user in the Company system and/or accept the Client Agreement on behalf of Clients using personal logins, passwords and capabilities of Clients’ myAlpari accounts. The IB is obligated to inform the Client of the need to protect the security and confidentiality of account and login information to the Company’s site, www.alpari-forex.com (login and password), and of the necessity of not giving out such information to third parties. During the period of validity of the Client Agreement, all actions performed under the Client Agreement and/or the use of the Client’s login and password shall be considered to be carried out personally by the Client. The Company shall not be held responsible for the unauthorized use of Clients’ account information by third parties.

Moreover,
5.8. The IB itself, its relatives or any other affiliated parties cannot act as the Client of an IB. Should any data of the IB coincide with data associated with any Client (such as passport data, address, telephone, email, IP-addresses, etc.), the Client’s login shall be removed from the IB’s client list and compensation based on this Client will not be paid. Accounts that are traded on from the same IP-address shall be considered as one active account. Should the IP-address of a Client be the same as that of the IB, they shall be considered affiliated and compensation on the account will not be paid.

Sir, you've traded on your client's account (client 10208957). IP-adresses for both your and client's accounts are the same.
Due to cheating of IB Regulations we are obliged to remove this client from your IB group and debit out all the bonus credited for this client's accounts.

Apart from requirement of 3 clients (which you meet) you should be famiilar with the following point of IB Regulations:
6.3.1. Should the bonus sum credited to the IB from the transactions of a single client exceed 70% of the total credited bonus sum for all Clients during the Settlement Month, the Company has the right to withhold the transfer of the bonus sum to the Transitory Account of the IB, until the percentage has sufficiently decreased.
This measure is aimed to activate Ibs to reffer more new clients.
Bonuses credited to your partner account In December 2010 and January 2011 contained more that 70% from one particular client out of your 3 clients. All bonus is accumulated on your partner account. But now the withdrawl is impossible.
So, please, try to attract more clients in February.
In March all the bonus may be transfered to your tansitory account

Concerning your ID attached in MyAlpari it was confirmed yesterday. Your firstly attached document was of bad quality. So we could not identify all the data required. Now this requirement is met.

One client gives your more than 70% rebate of your monthly bonus.
You can calculate it yourself using statements in MyAlpari - My bonuses.
As you know we have restriction according to IB regulstions:
6.3.1. Should the bonus sum credited to the IB from the transactions of a single client exceed 70% of the total credited bonus sum for all Clients during the Settlement Month, the Company has the right to withhold the transfer of the bonus sum to the Transitory Account of the IB, until the percentage has sufficiently decreased.
In February this figure reached 84%.
So you should attract more clients to change this proportion.
Based on the February results we can not transer funds to your transitory account.
They are accumulated on IB account. Withdrawal is not possible yet.

Should the bonus sum credited to the IB from the transactions of a single client exceed 70% of the total credited bonus sum for all Clients during the Settlement Month, the Company has the right to withhold the transfer of the bonus sum to the Transitory Account of the IB, until the percentage has sufficiently decreased.
This measure is aimed to activate Ibs to reffer more new clients.
Bonuses credited to your partner account In December 2010 and January 2011 contained more that 70% from one particular client out of your 3 clients. All bonus is accumulated on your partner account. But now the withdrawl is impossible.
So, please, try to attract more clients in February.
In March all the bonus may be transfered to your tansitory account

Concerning your ID attached in MyAlpari it was confirmed yesterday. Your firstly attached document was of bad quality. So we could not identify all the data required. Now this requirement is met.

Finding difficult to get my IB withdrawal fund. help me out

I need help. I am a registered IB 81756 with alpari-forex.com and our business has been going fully without any problems since 2010 January. I must say that the requirement upon signing up for IB partner with alpari then was that I need to have three active clients who must have traded for one good month before I can make withdrawal from my IB account.

I meant this requirement since last January 2010 and I have been making withdrawal every month without any hindrance even down to the end of year 2010. I continue to be enjoying withdrawal from my IB account every month even when I am having only one active client under my partner account at the end of every month. I have the necessary document to support my claims to this effect.


I do not stop at this, I continue the good business with alpari-forex.com and in the month of January 2011, I had two active clients under my IB account 81756 and later request for the withdrawal of my IB partner account early February. I was made to know that I need to get one more active client to make it three active clients under my IB partner account before I can make
withdrawal. I was even made to know that my ID and utility bill need to be forwarded before I can get the fund withdrawal in the month of March.


Thus, I uploaded my valid ID card and utility bill in my client’s portal area which was later confirmed to me in my email. I made every concerted effort to introduce one more clients to make it three active clients trading under my IB account in the month of February. That implies, I had two active clients in the month of January and three active clients in the month of Febuary. In March 1 2011, I forwarded a requested for withdrawal of my IB fund which has accumulated to $9840, and I was made to know that I can not make withdrawal again. I requested for the reason behind it and they started giving me flimsy excuse that the percentage generated by a client in my partner account is too much and that until this fund in percentage is reduce; I can not get my withdrawal fund.

Infact I do not understand their stance as this was not part of the condition before we started the business since 2010 that enable me to get fund withdraw every month. The painful aspect of it is that they have just forwarded an email to me that my IB fund will be remove from my IB account. I considered this as a deliberate attempt to frustrate me of my hard earning with alpari since this is the first time I have worked so hard to generate $9840 in my IB account.


I want to inform you that they claim to have amended their regulation as regard IB regulation. They never at any time forward me prior notification as regards changes in their IB regulation if not now that they are just telling me as the reason why I can not make withdraw from my IB account. Another latest excuse is that the IP that trades the account is the same to my IB account. I considered this as a deliberate attempt to deny me of my hard earns money. For your information, they have threatened me that the daily commission to my IB account will be stop.


Please, I need help from you on how to get my IB fund withdrawn from alpari-forex.com.

Please specify the exact error you are reading.
There have already been about 20 cases submitted, so we have to see where the problem is with yours.

One big question. They claim in that loooooong set of emails that you traded a client's account from the same IP.

Can you comment more on that?
 
No such prior email

I must say the idea of the IP trading the account is a flimsy excuse to deny me of my IB earning. There have not been any prior email notifications to me as to who is trading the account or not, not until 2nd March, 2011. The said account they are talking about is been traded by a big time forex student of our forex academy here in Nigeria. Beside the account they are talking about is not in my name or in the name of our company. To buttress it, I and my company never had any contract agreement with the said clients to help him trade or manage the account. How did they resolve at that? There branch manager even promise me as at 28th February, 2011 that my fund will be credited to my transitory account on March 1 without raising such the issue of IP trading the account. I and my company never had any live active forex account with alpari-forex.com. The IP trading the account came up when I was complaining bitterly on why my IB fund has not been release to me on 1st March, 2011. The point they were made prior to 2nd March, 2011 is that the percentage generated by a client is more than 80% and that I should wait to allow the percentage to drop down before I can make withdrawal. I have all the necessary emails to support this stance.
