Official statement from InvestTechFX in regards to the comments made by user name Louis (fictitious name used to hide true identity):

Louis is a money manager from Hungary who represents numerous accounts. Louis was caught using unauthorized trading techniques which is not in accordance with our disclaimer. Louis abused our system. Louis trades on the customers behalf with highly sophisticated hacking techniques and has placed his customers in a difficult position without updating intentionally. Furthermore he uses the lack of understanding from customers in regards to the market and trading actives to his advantage. At this point we are consulting with international lawyers concerning this particular case. The strategies employed by Louis violate the terms of the InvestTechFX Customer Agreements. In some cases, unscrupulous individuals knowingly violate terms of their agreement through performance of illegal activities. Unfortunately, due to the nature of their activities, we are unable to negotiate with these customers and must direct these cases to outside legal representation for resolution. Despite our previous warnings he ignored and refused to comply with our policies.

There is one question I d like to ask you. You say they are trying to intimidate you with their lawyer. That lawyer communicates with you how ? By e-mail ? That would be strange for a lawyer. Does he send you anything by the postal service ?

I am sure those people have plenty of money to pay for lawyers, but it would be interesting to know if it is really a lawyer who is communicating with you. From what canadian law firm ?

As you know, InvesttechFX say they are just a software platform. So the lawyer should name the clearing house that actually lost money from your " high frequency trading ".

My answer is: they lawyer communicate with me only an email. She cannot give me te real name of clearing house. Investtechfx also cannot give me te real name of clearing house.
I did not find any information that they are a software company. Business Type: Trading Company, Distributor/Wholesaler, Business Service. Product/Service: FOREX.

If she communicates only by e-mail, she s no lawyer at all. It s just another stupid trick.

And they wont say where is the clearing house because it s offshore.

They say they are a software company because they are not registered to be a forex broker in Canada. So they need an excuse. And it looks better to say " software providers " than " professional scammers ".

Louis: real lawyers know the law. They know they must use real letters with their return address so your own lawyer can respond officially. Tell their " lawyer " you can accept only signed letters by postal service so you can give them to your own lawyer.

And tell them your lawyer now demand to know their official address to send some registered mail. Their website now has no address.

Good morning Investtechfx. You can't answer my emails. You can't send back my money. What previous warnings? Only I want my money back from Investtechfx. In 2009 why have sent money back for me?
You are not a correct company. I paid you more than 100 000 USD commission. What is the unauthorized trading techniques? What hacking techniques? What are you talking about? HFT? This prohibition was only involved in their Disclaimers in December, 2010. I have an evidence. The HFT is no excuse. Please Investtechfx read my case of first page. You do not answer.
My EAs working since 2009. In 2009 why you did not say it prohibited.
I am not a money manager. I am not an IB. I don't have an any kind of signed contract with you. I'm only a software developer. Only I developing the EAs.
Please answer my question: PAY OR NOT?

Hello,
a colleague was there in summer last year and had a look at it. He said, that it is rather small but physically in the building and not only a mail box office.

That's right not a forex broker. But what is this: Business Type: Trading Company, Distributor/Wholesaler, Business Service. Product/Service: FOREX. If this company is a software company. How can to receive money from the customers? On a what kind of title? This is a full fraud.

A look at what exactly ? I repeat that the address they gave 1 Yonge 1801 is a business center. That business center isn t " small " but nobody from Investtechfx worked there. Did your friend ACTUALLY talked to SOMEONE who declared being an employee of InvesttechFX ?

If you want, go to the Investtechfx webpage and click on " contact " and have a GOOD GOOD lood at the front desk. Then go to the Telsec.net website and have a GOOD look at their front desk. Do you now see that the front desk is that of the business center and Investtechfx could do no more than sublet some office there ? But my info is that Investtechfx DID NOT sublet actual office space but only VIRTUAL space. If I m wrong, just tell me WHO your friend saw who worked for Investech. The address 1 Yonge also DISAPPEARED overnight from the InvesttechFX website. That shows it was only virtual because you dont move a physical office that fast.

Look at the Telsec front desk. Same desk: same picture on the wall: only the secretary changed. The desk Investtech presented as their desk simply belongs to Telsec.

Yes, it is a FULL fraud. Please understand that it is illegal in Canada to be a forex broker without a licence. So they prepared an explanation in case the authorities would ask them. They would say " we ONLY provide a software platform so our clients trade really with the GIB Interbank in England "

Now, EVERYTHING was a lie. ONLY lies. Do not obsess so much on the " software developers " lie. The worse lie is your money did not stay in Canada. It did not go to England either. It went to another country where it will be VERY hard to get it back.

The real truth is THEY ARE a forex broker. But an ILLEGAL forex broker. An OFFSHORE forex broker. And the people who own that forex broker ALSO own 20 more companies to move your money around.

But they will never admit all the companies are linked together. THey will always say each one is separate and independant. That is a good scam. So they say " it s the clearing house that refuses to pay " but the clearing house is THEM also. Why is it such a big secret to say what company does the clearing ?

You sent money to the Toronto-Dominion bank. You received money from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Why 2 banks ? Did the money go from TD to CIBC ? I dont think so... I think it went from Toronto-Dominion to another country where they have good bank secrecy laws. When they need to pay, that bank in another country sends some money to the CIBC. Why another bank ? I think because they use more than one company so the money is harder to trace for the justice. It moved from one account to another account maybe many many times.

I understand it they are a FULL fraud. But I don't understand it: The Canadian authorities like OSC why not do something. Why can operate this company in Canada? OSC does not deal with them because Investtechfx is not registered at them.
