So someone you never heard of is going to send you $20,000 if you just send them $10 first? ;)

Let me tell you how it works. They've just spammed tens of thousands of email addresses with that same offer. This took them far less than an hour. If 1/10 of 1% fall for the deal, then 10 people out of 10,000 will send them the money and they collect $100.

Those 10 people don't get $20,000 each. Instead, there's another fee, tax, surcharge, or something else that will need to be paid. Any who pay it will then be asked to pay something else. This will never end, even if you pay these scammers more than $20,000 up front.

I (Pharaoh) were a victim of this game that's why I know how it works!:p...;)

I personally was never a victim of this type of scam. Some years back, I did get front-row seats on the action watching the victims and hunting the email accounts of the perpetrators.

I think at the last count I've won something like a gazillion dollars from lotteries I never entered and money left in wills by dead relatives I never knew I had.

It's commonly referred to as an Advance Fee Fraud. Victims are convinced they will receive a sum of money if they pay some advance processing fees or something like that. Also known as a 419 scam.

Anybody wanting a good laugh, do a search online for 419 scambusters. There are a lot of people out there fighting the good fight and getting back at these advance fee scammers. Some of the stuff they get up to is hilarious.

LOL, for sure do not send them any money if you can, they are begging for that damn $10 that way and nothing more in reality. So please take this all into account anyway. How else we can really go for that matter ? I am totally and completely lost for many reasons.
