    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

So those trades logs you have posted there are from a friend of yours? Has your friend been able to withdraw those funds from his account yet? If he has not it would be a good idea to try.

I would not let Ava know your friends account number either as those trades on the log will likely lead to Ava canceling his account also, Ava is not friendly to trades closed so quickly, even though they should be and they should honor prices they quote, they will likely use the short time frame of the trades to claim arbitrage.

You are probably right about the value affecting the decision by Ava, it will probably only be a matter of time before your friend gets the same treatment. He has probably not attracted their attention yet, hopefully they don't, I personally don't see anything wrong in trading this way, if you can execute the trade on the platform there should be no question about the validity of the trade, unfortunately brokers don't agree, if they feel you broke their rules, whether you did or not, you're out, and obviously selectively since your friend is still okay, hopefully he can stay that way.

avafx.com have closed there live support to clients i think they have hundreds of client's they want back money.
not looks like this what i say ?????
 
Is the chat still not working for you? It works for me, I am wondering if they IP blocked you.

yes you right i think too plz see screen shoots that i take i have try three times and the msg i saw there very first time (ALL AVA OPERATORS CURRENTLY BUSY-PLZ PRESS CLOSE AND TRY AGAIN IN FEW MINUTES. YOU MAY ALSO CALL US 24 HOURS AT +1-212-941-9609) i am wondering too on this they just only blocked me on chat and answering all other then me i have try with self made profile to check the chat (jhon wright) and they response promptly............

and you can see in the 4th attempt after all i have send this chat to my original mail.

finally i have fill the Privacy Waiver form and redy to send them to file a case this the last day if i do not get reply by them ...

After carefully investigating Mr. Ghafoor's account our Trading Practices team came to the unanimous conclusion that Mr. Ghafoor was constantly taking advantage of our system by trading rates which were not in the market.

The customer was specifically arbitraging in volatile trading times, practicing a risk free strategy, by exploiting prices that were not real. Mr. Ghafoor was entering the market with minus difference between the buy and the sell which instantly gave him profits which were illegitimate and against Ava's customer terms and conditions.

Our Trading Practices team only takes action against a customer when it is beyond any doubt that a customer is deliberately and constantly trading to generate unfair profits. AvaFX is very grateful to the tens of thousands of customers trading every week on our platforms – but we are forced to take action when a handful of people seek to exploit our services.
