Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
Wow, those are some results?

Am I reading correctly? It's made over $1300.00 in two days with a $5000.00 account? REALLY?

Very risky

This is the second test.
The first one ended with -100% on a $5000 account within a week:eek:oh:

EA Prof

Is anyone using EA Prof? I tried it yesterday, and lost $800 by 5:00 AM this morning. I think they give you a bogus EA when you buy it. When I tried to get help from tech support, the guy in South Africa could barely write English, and instead of helping with the settings, he wanted me to open an account with IFC so he could manage it for me, and take 30% of the profits. The demo on this website is churning out a $1000.00 a day profit on a $5000.00 account. I want to see the settings they gave FPA and see if they are different than what they gave me.

Can someone help?

Thanks, George

You should not use EA-PROF on more than one currency pair at the same time in live account.

Don't even go there...

It's a little late to tell me that now. I just want a full refund.
I'm not even going to risk using EA Prof again. No stop loss built in.

Just refund my money please.

George

By the way, I asked your tech support about that, (YOU), after I bought it, and you said I could run as many charts at the same time as I wanted.

I still have the email, would you like see it?

Do you mean that you bought it and let it trade your live account at once without forward testing it on a demo account?
If yes, what risk settings did you set? What lot size is it trading and what is the maximum SL allowed?

Repeating my first post, be aware that the test running here in FPA is the second one. The first test lost $5000 (out of $5000) in 5 days!

You mean it's not good to make that much profits (or a little bit more) on a usd5k account?
Hmmmm............

I used the same settings that FPA uses, or at least the settings that they said FPA was using. Without actually seeing a screen shot or something of FPA's settings, then who knows. I would wager that the demo account running on FPA will crash and burn over time, and just got lucky the first week.

If you read EA Prof's post you can see that they can't even write English very well. I tihnk they just threw together a quick EA to scam people with.

Now they are telling me to only run one chart at a time, but before they said I could run as many as I wanted. When I started having real trouble with it, they exited Yahoo messenger to never return, and stopped responding to my emails.

Bottom line, scam. Yes, I'm an idiot. Learn from my mistakes.
