Problem Insta rejected my claim

on 6/21/2011, my account was in hack.hackers been open and close freely post up an account to be mc.



i am writing to express my disapointment on insta decision of rejecting my claim for the acc 7114949(USD8 k) and 271110(USD 1k)

i certify that;

1.an investigation has been made by insta organisation which clearly stated that the above mentioned account has been hacked by the unknown society, and there is no tolenrance action from the insta

2.those irresponsibility hackers have made my account turned to be MC,and not as the'' WITHDRAWAL TRANSACTION'', which i believe all the money are still safely kept with insta

3.there are several victims like me, surely have received the same excuses of insta- as to refers the agreement we have made before-
7.6.4. The Client is responsible for keeping confidential information, which he receives from dealer.
The Client also assumes risk of any financial losses that may be caused by unauthorized access of third-parties to the client's trading account.

4.that agreement, i wonder will be license to hack all their clients accounts until-MC then insta management will use it back againts our claims.

5.if there were real withdrawal transaction has been made by those hackers,we as insta clients will accept it if they want to reject the process.however i found out there were none WITHDRAWAL transaction,so why no tolerance action from the insta?

here I am, and right is some evidence from the incident, also off the insta consideration of the claim.

Then again, many brokers will notice if someone tries to access your account from a different country. Sounds like InstaForex may lack this security feature.

yes u r right, the deposit only broker, that's why they can easily give you bonus, have a lot of competitions, and they even pay you when you posting in their mt5 forum. why?? because they have so much money that they can give you for free, but with conditions, at the end definitely the money not yours.
