Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Doing well

I bought this on the 2nd day it was offered. Its a sclapping robot and uses the one min chart. It has rapid buys and sells according to the one minute break out pattern. It does have some losses but there are more winning pips and dollars won than losses over a short time. Normally I see about 12 to 16 trades a day in short bursts. Im still running it forward on demo with the recommmended broker and its doing well. I see after 2 weeks its back in number one spot on the competition. Make sure your broker allows scalping and has a pip spread of 2 or less or this bot will not trade. I have also noticed that since its a scalper, I cant get it to back test. The author set this up with click bank, so you can get your money back if it doesnt work for you. This is a big plus in my books as some sellers use plimus and I have yet to get my money back from Plimus. Click bank sells this one and Im much more likely to buy with a sure chance of a refund if the bots not working. I do like this bot. I like the multiple trades and its in and out in secounds with a small stop loss of like 4 to 7. I think this bot could trade a very small account for around $150 or $200 pretty easy since it trades so quick and doenst hold any postions for for than a few secounds to about 2 minutes. Its so fast on trades I dont think it trades more than one at a time so FIFO should be no problem in the USA. Main thing is you need a good pc with a good fast connection. I have built my own server and trade only MDP. You can see all my charts and live and my accounts are growing fast these last few months since the MDP was offered for sale. See my charts at Home

Non farm payroll

Wow, 21 trades today due to the non farm payroll friday. I use to be scared of fridays because of the spikes, not any more. This EA is dependant on the one minute chart spikes. I have IBFX and thinkfx and finfx as brokers. Ibfx took 8 trades and broke even. Thinkfx took 18 and slight profit. Finfx is on my vps and took 21 trades with a nice big profit. Im running it at a bit of a risk at 2% ( normal would be 1 or 1.5%). This bot is running well in many competitions and I cant beleive there arent hundreds of blogs about it on here also. Im not live yet and that will start on Monday. Id like to hear from other users. Im using vpslite and I really should try to use Finfx on many different vps's. My home internet is fast, but cant compete to a vps for a stable and fast connection for rapid and instant scalping. I think thinkfx would be the best but they dont take usa clients, so I only use them for demo testing forward.

MDP 1.1.5 EA Settings?

I have FinFX as my broker. I'm just wondering if anyone, including ForexPeaceArmy, would share all their EA settings for MDP 1.1.5?

I'm especially curious what the optimal/most-profitable settings would be. Here are mine. I'm especially curious about NumOrders_Level, Additional_Channels, Use_Stop_Orders (should I use with FinFX?), and Hard_Stop_Trailing (again, should I use with FinFX?). Also, does anyone have results to report with live money account greater than $2500? Thanks.

Not good on FXCM

I got poor results on an FXCM demo, so I requested a refund. The author replied suggesting I use FinFx, and at the same time he has apparently invalidated my receipt number so that the EA cannot trade or be authenticated. He has not refunded the purchase. I have filed a dispute with Paypal.

As an update, the author sent out a message stating that the authentication problem was the fault of his server, and therefore it is only a coincidence that it started about the time I requested a refund.

However, I haven't seen the refund after 2 days now.

I've run MDP for about 3 weeks and my DEMO account is up about 47% (using FinFX). I'm now trying MDP v1.1.6 out on forexoma brokerage and may start a live account with them soon. I must say that I am very leery of trading live, given most people's results with live accounts as related in this review thread. Any system that is so sensitive to latency and slippage issues is probably not a good system. After all, earning $1,000,000 in a DEMO account will NEVER buy you a cup of coffee.

Thumbs up

Hi friends,

I have benefited from the site over the years and is my turn to give back!

Having recently installed Million Dollar Pips on a real acccount with Go Markets and being one of those people that requested a refund as it would crash my Meta , I was skeptical when the vendor changed my refund request to a tech support - but went along with it.

After two weeks trading, I like it's style and has not lost any money. Moreover, I like the trading style of the EA. Holy grail maybe not, but profitable during volatile times, with tight SL.

I like it. Will give it four stars only because I would have prefered to have been contacted by their support, not merely change my ticket!

Care,

BubbleOz

Update on results using v1.1.6:
trading since 7/19/11 - today
demo account started with $6,000, now at $7944 (up 32% in about 1 week)
broker: forexoma
risk parameter set to 3% (all others at default values)
:)
I will probably fund an account in a week and see how it goes.
