Liteforex aand the cheaters

Hello Mr Shuvalov,

I would like to tell you that you should ban the words cheat/cheaters from your official vocabulary.

Such word hurts your company's reputation each time you use it.

Traders are not cheaters, they are only your customers whatever happened.

Instead of using this word, you should talk about unethical behaviour and exhaustively describe this concept through your terms and conditions.

At the moment, this document lacks of occuracy and generates various complaints.

These complaints are recorded and indexed by google. How many good reviews are needed to recover from only one bad review ?

I mean that a potential new customer will search the web then read some of the complaints and finally decide not to enter business relationships with Liteforex because the situation will appear as confused.

I am not your consutant but I think that if you change accordingly your terms and conditions then traders will better understand your rules and decide if they agree or not to the contract.

By investing in transparency, your company will get a positive return and you will avoid many troubles.

Well said, Athenafx. Every time I read a thread about liteforex, the response always seems to be, the client was cheating... I myself opened a liteforex account but did not fund it because of the foregoing.

Personally, I am simple trader who uses tools and indicators, when I see a setup I like, I enter the trade. I win trades and I lose trades, happens all the time to me.

However, I don't want to be in a situation where I am now being called a cheater and my profit deleted, because I got a trade right.

I do believe LiteForex want to scam user. For that purpose, they need to create a reason. The easier is call all the complaint user = "cheater". They no need to give out any evidence on that. All the complaint is come from "cheater".

I wonder will anyone willing to open an account if they put in T&C that state

"All the profits gain are belong to the property of company, the company has right to forfeit it without any reason"

But that is what they did to me now!!!

It is possible for a client to try to cheat a broker. On the other hand, brokers should already know all about these tricks and be able to shut them down almost instantly.

If there's going to be an accusation of cheating, there needs to be evidence. Otherwise, it seems a lot more like an excuse to lock out profitable traders.

We have several victims in Asia recently & I am one of them. We will file a lawsuit against LiteForex. We will report to all International Financial Regulation Body.
