Sive,

Where do you recommend we can get our news for forex that is fast and effective. For example, how did you find out about this SNB news about pegging the CHF to EUR??

Dear Sive, is your analysis of today still valid? at least we have seen some retracements. just want to be sure, since market shaked up.
according to your analysis, time to go short...

many thanks
Roland

p.s.: I am really appriciate your analysis!!

May I recomend the EUR/USD thread at forexfactory dot com??? U get like 5 - 20 post per minute 24 hours per day. That's free. Otherwise I've used tradethenews dot com wich you gotta pay for it but it's really worth it.

Well, I have Bloomberg TV 24/5 in my room, so I see news rather fast. The only way to see it even faster is to pay 1900$/month for Bloomberg software.
Or for some news provider...

Thanks, Damian - it will be nice for us, but only if it will be free for FPA - that's our principle, as we make all for free...

Is it our trading strategy still intact today? Or this is too early to come to conclusion?

Thanks and Best Regards

Guys, may be it will still work. It's too large splash, but it will be safer if we will see some further development. Let market to swallow it.

Thanks to Sive I did go short after we saw initial spike to 1.4288 on one broker although high with my other broker was 1.4243 ( big difference but crazy market condition !) we saw some consolidation and Market seemed heavy around 1.4220 area to me . I figured all the buy stops upto to 1.4285 were done so I went short at average 1.4203 with tight stop . Took half profit 1.4025 and still short half of position . Thanks Sive for the guidance again .

so does anyone enter short sell ? I saw that jump up push over 1.4160 - 90 so I didn't dare to enter

same with me. . Although the double top was evident loss of opportunity is better than loss of capital as Master Dinapoli says. When in doubt stay out and for sure I was in doubt.
