Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Who am I:

I have been working for various brokers in the past in various positions, gaining lots and lots of inside knowledge of the inner kitchen. I've seen people who put millions and ones who put their last 25 dollars in their accounts, only to loose everything in an unfair fight. It has been some time now, i wanted to take all the industry's dirty bastards down. So this is day one.

What I will do:

I will keep on posting FACTS - videos, files, articles and what ever it takes to stop what is going on now - cheating, manipulating, lying and scamming people of their money. I will open similar threads on various forum to attract as many attention as possible. Any help will be of great appreciation.

What I won't do:

I won't give you a list of good/bad brokers - it doesn't exist. I will not argue with you or try to convince you of something.

If all you have to say is "i know this" "I've seen that" it means this thread is not for you. Please move along, to your happy place.

A fraction of people are aware of the what is going on. The ones that are aware, haven't seen real proof up until now.

This video shows how a broker can easily inject prices into the market to create spikes of various sizes and if needed hunt your stops. This feature is rarely used in the industry at this time. There are much more advanced plugins and tools offered by a number of software companies, whos main purpose is to make a Brokers life easier.

This video demonstrates how a brokers Dealing Desk operates. It can accept/reject/hold your orders or create some slippage for you.

This video shows, how easy it is to modify orders. You open them at one price, but at any given moment, they might change it. So if you ever been paranoid about someone modifying your orders, you might have been right

I have opened identical threads in other popular forums. My threads got closed down in:
  1. Forex-TSD
  2. ForexFactory
  3. Babybips - has restored it recently
.

Any help sharing these videos with our friends in other forums, deprived of the privilege at the moment, would be of great help. So chop chop, do you share of the deal.

To all you haters, talkers/non-doers, ranters etc. - either you are employed to do that, or just plain crazy.

Many traders are using the ugly metatrader. This thread can help many people. It should stay in top position at FPA.

I always wondered if other platforms are also designed to allow these dirty tricks.

Do you know if they also have a way to filter using the order size when hunting stops. I mean that they should prefer hunting big orders rather than small ones.

Did you ever hear about customers A list and B list ?

There's a very nasty virtual dealing desk plugin available for metatrader. It allows brokers to pull many different stunts, such as simply pocketing positive slippage while passing negative slippage on to clients all the way up to account specific delays in orders and built-in slippage.

I'll wager that other trading platform have similar tricks available on the broker end.

I'l like to see more about this. I'd also like to see brokers start pledging NEVER to use these tricks.

Better still would be to have all the regulatory bodies jump down hard on brokers who do this kind of crooked behaviour!

With reference to brokers modifying orders, there may be a way, if rather messy, to fight against this practice!

Take a screenshot as soon as an order has been opened, making sure you have included the time showing on your computer!

I have attached a sample of what I mean (not one of my trades).

As a sample, the trade times and the computer times showing donot match!

If all brokers were regulated and all regulators checked for this, I'd agree. This is one area where the NFA and CFTC came through and did a great job. What I don't see if the FSA and other regulators jumping onto this.

My thought regarding a pledge would be that if a broker makes a public pledge at the FPA and is later proven to be cheating, it's an instant scam finding.

Traders who deal with unregulated brokers do so at their own unprotected risk!

I agree ALL regulators such as the FAS should look for these kind of underhand tactics and come down hard on any crooked brokers they find!

I totally agree with your suggestion of a public pledge of honest trading by brokers!

Now, I wonder which broker is going to be the first to make such a bold pledge?

What the hell? The videos have been deleted from YouTube because of a copyright claim by MetaQuotes?

So what happened? Well my threads got closed down in:

SHOWS THERE IS SOMETHING TO HIDE!

Never seen or heard of MetaQuotes bringing up the the copyright issue concerning the millions of screenshots of trades on MT4/5.

Nothing to hide there I suppose!

I hope the bodies at the FSA etc look at the FPA website.

Not sure you can claim copyright if it promotes illegal activities!
