EXNESS tp not hit,then SO with 4.2 pips

i have 2 big problem

1. i have sell EU at price 1.30017 and TP at 1.29957.
after i check at mt4 chart the lowest price is 1.29940.it should be close TP.
why the price/post not CLOSE??

2.my 2nd problem is this account already MC becouse that above post ( sell EU at 1.30017 ).the post close at 1.32008 and after i check the highest price for today is 1.3196 IT DIFFERENT 4.2PIP?why my post close the different price and not taily to MT4??it should be not close?

Have you asked Exness for an explanation?

If a single trade not closing at TP resulted in a margin call, you really need to cut back on your lot sizes.

I would suggest instead of starting another thread on Exness.com, you post your complaint at Exness.com live forum right here at the FPA where there is a nice Exness Representative posting all sorts of good stuffs on their company.

Go to top of this page on "Reviews & Ratings"....click on "Hot! Forex Brokers Reviews"...look for "Exness.com" (for a faster search, type in "Exness.com" right at the bottom left hand under "Filter Services" and then click on "Go").
Once at the forum dedicated to ratings & reviews for Exness.com, click on "Click here to join live discussion of Exness.com on our forum". Post your complaints there for that nice Exness.com representative to solve or at least to explain your complaint. Alternatively, e-mail your complaint directly to their support team.

Dear gobang,

I checked your screenshot. Yes, the lowest price at that time was 1.29940 and our MT shows bid price. Please, be advised that your TP should have been hit by ASK price (not BID) which did not apparently reach 1.29957. That's why your TP was not triggered.
