Bonus???

In order to withdraw your free bonus, you will be required to execute a minimum trading volume of 10,000 base instruments for every $1 bonus.

AVA gave me $150.00 bonus after I lost my $15K. What does the above mean? I copied and pasted it from their website.
Is it 10,000 * 150 = 1,5M in dollars or what?
Geeze man. How will I ever get this done and all. I will need an army like this one to help me trade to get through that amount.
Am I missing something here?

15 full lots. If you are trading small amounts, that will take quite a bit of time.

Brokers want you to believe the are giving you money. What they are really doing is encouraging you to make more trades and to deposit more of your money into the account.
