Good morning,
although bearish context holds, market now stands at important level and we have to keep a close eye on it, since retracement could happen as high as to 1.3119 level.

The technical portion of Sive's analysis owes a great deal to Joe DiNapoli's methods, and uses a number of Joe's proprietary indicators. Please note that Sive's analysis is his own view of the market and is not endorsed by Joe DiNapoli or any related companies.

Sive,

I have been following your analysis for about two months now and find you are right on target as you predict what may happen with the price action. I have finally started becoming a consistent profitable trader using your daily analysis. I need to learn more about Joe DiNapoli's trading method since some of what you discuss I am not familar with. Thank you for helping me to become a profitable trader.

Dear Sive,
Excellent Analysis for today's market move.
I want to ask you if we could take advandage of this deep retracement to make some profit going long when we saw that the price broke the first confluence area.
Would it be right or wrong?
Please advice.

Hi Tony,
yes, it could done, but only if your context for trading 4-hour trend. Since it has held bullish and there were no bearish directional patterns, you can trade yesterday's market on long side.
However, if your context is daily time frame - you should search possibility to enter short. Try to read multiple time frame analysis chapter in our FPA Military school. There is a chapter that dedicated to trend compounding. May be this will add some more clearity.

Fantastic work Sive, you are exceptionally well with what you do. I'm a money manager myself and I really enjoy reading your thoughts. If you have Skype feel free to add me (ianfxtrader) Take Care.
