This does not sound good. It's normally the first steps before a broker disappears but I hope I'm wrong on this occasion.

This isn't good news.

If you are lucky, they are really having some issues with their MT4 server and are buried under emails asking what the problem is. If you aren't lucky, the company is in real trouble and could collapse.

if it's continuing like this additional week this is very bad.

I saw too much complaints regarding FigFX and the last few weeks.

it's really important to know in which payment instrument you used to fund your account.

At least you can try to save your deposits- sorry but as it look like you can forget about profits (I hope I'm wrong here)

i know thw instrument i used to fund my account and i remember the profit and balance of my account. even it is there in my mail in the form of daily confirmation from figfx. but what can i do of that? have u tried calling on fone?

i deposited 200 usd in total... some body on an other thread in this forum reported that he visited their office in cyprus but its closed since 1st april. alarming for me :-(
