Resolved - Exness Withdrawl

Hi, I have been scammed a lot by Exness. 1) they have charged huge spread of about 30 to 40 pips on my account.. But the main factor is that i have done a withdrawl on 4/13/2012 till date i have not got my withdrawl. My bankk confirmed that there has been no credit or uncleared amount and also checked with their clearing bank ( JP MORGAN) to see if there has been any $$ to my account. If i ask Exness they are just responding like a machine repeating the same line. Today i have transferred $13300 i am not sure if i will get this or not. But till date i have not got my old withdrawl.. I request you to kindly help me to claim that which is not been given to me..

It's now 10 days since you say you first asked for the withdrawal. If it still hasn't arrived, get online with their live chat and tell them that you are keeping the FPA updated about whether or not your money arrives.

Dear Stephen or sylvester 1313,
I need a proof like a screenshot or video of those spreads that were huge as you said. Without this proof of your words are considered to be a black PR and slander.
Also, I need the tickets of your orders with “wrong Stop-Outs” that you claimedm on FPA broker review section.

Withdrawl

Its been more than a week and i have still not got the payment. i have sent the bank statement to support. also spoke to the bank, they clearly say that there is no funds that is on the way as well. given below is the links where i have attached my Mini statement printed by the Machine. as on 23/04/12. Also attached is the reply that i got from Exness with their copy/pasted document in which they claim to have sent the funds.

Note: This is not first time i have transferred, usually i get the funds within the 3rd day. But now there seems to be something fishy with what is happening...

Easter Holiday, do you even know when was Easter. it was on the 8th of April ( Sunday) and my withdrawl was on the 13th of April (Friday) It is 5 days away from Easter.
