Hello Remauld and others. There are several threads open on this latest Dustin Pass scam. I documented this last week, provided documentation and asked for a scam investigation to be started. Please See threads "Trade-Vantage" and "TradeVantage" search "Vantage" for list of others. Dustin also had a Managed Accounts scam well documented here in 2008. Someone should stomp this bug.

To get more information on their product, you need to sign up and I obviously did not want to sign up. Did you actually pay $1997, for it? Do you have any money back guarantee that you could still use? Or did you try to get your money back and he refused it for some reason.
The amount you mention $1997 seems to be standard for him, since another product of him called oracle trader costs the same. It has many negative reviews as well.
A short internet search shows quite many negative information about this person and his "magical" trading tools.
Too bad that he is cheating people like that.
You could start a court case against him here at FPA.

Is everyone talking about the same thing here? I thought the TradeVantage from Dustin Pass was a managed account. There's a software program out now at Trade-Vantage.com. Is Dustin promoting that?

Pharoah,
Yes, "Herr Dustin" is promoting that. Please review my thoroughly documented posts under "TradeVantage from Dustin Pass", and other related threads: "Trade-Vantage", and "Trade Vantage". All 3 of these threads are referring to a new offering for an application software currently being pressure marketed for $1997 for 12 month subscription, then $49/mo thereafter. It is a total scam and worthy of legal action. I am Anthony Ingrassia, CTA NFA ID#: 0278164. Please read the Scam Alerts postings, the Reviews, and the Forum entries; then review the uploaded documentation. Call if you need assistance, you have my skype and email in my profile. This is the worst abuse I have seen in my entire career.

Pharoah,
I have been auto-invited to open a Trader's Court Case following my previous posts. However, I cannot do so because I was not so foolish as to have purchased this foul offering. I have offered support to you and to specific others defrauded and visible in the forums, and who will pop like mushrooms soon. Contact me directly if you need assistance in this massive scam.

As soon as someone who bought it complains, they can open a case. In the meantime, just keep putting the warnings out there. That will at least reduce the number of people who spend money on it.

The sad part is that no matter how many warnings there are about a bad product, someone will still buy it.

Yes, "Hope" does springs eternal. You know Pharoah, a seasoned CMT (Certified Market Technician) who is published and quite knowlegeable (but 1/2 my age) recently asked if I had any idea as to why the markets seem to have a very pronounced and repeating 16-year cycle. As a trained physicist and engineer, I could not resist suggesting that 16 years = the half-life of a sucker.
It is very difficult to communicate solid advice and steady performance in a world of cheap trash. Thanks for your difficult, thankless, work toward that end.
..
Users of this software should see multiple threads including:

LMFAO!!!

Or, maybe that's how long until the sucker is so deep in debt that he's got no money or time to spend on "Instant Billionaire" products anymore.

Pharoah,
Just to add insult to injury, today I received the following solicitation from Dustin Pass for TradeVantage.
Now that he has fleeced all the $2000 suckers, he is now offering the exact same package at a 50% discount. Yes folks; get yours now for $997!
Those of you who paid $1997, have a look at this:
