RESOLVED - issue with exness

dear sir ,
i open an account with exness over two month ,
i buy/ sale some on NGN2 ok when the price is close is 2.764 and the price became 3.764 one shot and the actual price when i check is around 2.7 ok every day they send to me the daily confirmation report and the daily confirmation price is correct , i send to them the confirmation daily price and the screen shot for the technical department and compliant department no answer to this issue , when i chat with the stuff they say is contract expire and on 27 on june ok if the contract expire why the price been change that much and daily confimation is shown the real price please help on this issue

Please, let me clarify what actually happened to your NGN2 trades.
As you may know NGN2 expired 27 Jun, 2012. But you had not closed your trades before expiration took place.
In this case your orders were closed by the last price: sell orders were closed by Ask and buy orders were closed by Bid.
Regarding spread widening on NGN2 as expiration takes place. When futures contract expires spread becomes very high. And this is normal market reaction.
Also, I contacted our Dealer to check whether it was a bad tick or not. If it was there will be recalculation on your position.
