Forex Binary Options and the SEC

Does anyone know of a company that is registered with the SEC trhat allows binary trading on Forex? It seems most are located outside of the US and are unregulated and I'm concerned about getting my profits out.

I'm not personally aware of any Binary Options company registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, etc.

I'm not personally aware of any Binary Options company registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, etc.

The only one I am aware of in the USA is Nadex, which is Registered with the CFTC as an Exchange.

They were originally formed in Chicago, but were bought-out by a UK Firm: IGGroup, which is regulated by the UK-FSA and subject to FOS.
