Forexcontrol fraud

I have account with Forexcontrol i lost 5000$ and i didnt get 1 month profit 450$ now they are disabled account. since last 2 month no response from Forexcontrol. Forexcontrol is IB for AVAFX. First AVAFX dont agreed after some days AVAFX agreed this both company have affiiliate. How can i get the fund back

The IB ForexControl may not legally hold customer funds. IB means "Introducing Broker". They simply act as an intermediary between the public and the responsible firm, in your case, AvaFx. In exchange for bringing them your business the introducing broker receives a small portion of the profit earned by the broker from commissions charged or from the spread you pay when trading.
It is required by law in most countries that the Regulated Broker not collude or conspire with fraudulent firms including their IBs. It is not enough for AvaFx to say "we did not know". By law they can be held accountable and responsible for dealing in any way with a disreputable IB. The regulator will fine and force retribution for such behavior once exposed. So even if ForexControl was a fraud, AvaFX may be forced to make good to their customers for failing to properly oversee their activities. If they fail to comply, the regulator can shut them down.

AvaFx is Domiciled and Regulated by Ireland, where they are registered. If AvaFx is unresponsive, you need to contact the Regulator. Here is their Registration information:

1 - Write to AvaFX; acknowledge you understand they had a relationship with them.
2 - Demand a complete account history report for your account from them, directly.
3 - Ask them to explain the status of your account.
4 - If they fail to supply this to you, file a complaint with the regulator stating their lack of responsiveness. Supply them with copies of you last statement from ForexControl, and all communication from AvaFx.

Hello Sreeviswajith,

I understand your frustrations however as I have mentioned many times
before in several emails, you have to speak to Forex Control regarding
your previous balance. Ava is just providing the platform for all of the
Forex Control clients that wish to continue to trade.

I see that you have attached my previous email to this one but if you
check the entire email you will see that I have relaying that same
message time and time again.

You can find several ways to contact forex control by logging into their
website: http://www.forexcontrol.com/.

I have also mentioned in my previous emails that should you wish to open
with Ava I can provide with a cash bonus on your first investment.

It looks like Ava is saying that Forex Control is using Ava's platform, but that the money in the account is all handled by Forex Control.

How did you deposit and who did you send the money to?

From this response, and at first blush it appears to me this firm is in deep collusion with their fraudulent IB.
This is, and should, be of most interest to their Regulator.
Contact the Regulator immediately!
Inform them of this apparent collusion, and demand they investigate, reparate, and shut them down.

It's possible that Ava has the money. It's also possible that Ava is somehow sharing a platform while Forex Control has the money. Broker partnerships cover a very broad spectrum of possibilities.

Keep pressure on both and do let us know who you sent the money to and how it was sent.
