To protect my privacy i changed my name to Jamy.
Since when binary option brokers become Market makers ? I mean how many people would simply fell into this trap just because some greedy broker lure them into temptation . Other day i talked to banc de binary and they claimed to buy binaries from SNB. This business is lucrative and easily attracts anyone. Can we start a thread about these binary brokers and maybe we could save somebody hard earned money.

It looks like the support person wasn't well-versed in the terminology. Try phrasing the questions like this:

Do you have liquidity providers?

If a client makes money, where does the money come from?

If a client loses money, does your company keep the entire loss to itself?

How does your firm connect to the real market?

Thanks for the reply Master Pharaoh, I believe by only asking this question "is this broker regulated " answers many other questions. Here is a SS of Banc de Binary chat conversation, now which bank in this world sell binaries and offer commissions ? I can bet 1000$ that this statement is wrong and is total misguidance.

Another Chat transcript from Opteck, they claim to be regulated by National Bank of Switzerland. Since when National Bank of Switzerland became regulatory agency ?

I know. I'll create a different style of trading called 2-Way Currency Calculations. Since it's not quite the same as regulated trading, I can set up hundreds of "brokerages" and similar companies that offer this new style of trading and not have to bother with regulations.
