These scammers fraudulently used the Tall's identity. We spoke to Wayne Tall via phone and he was totally unaware of this scam. Willem Visser was just another unwitting victim who didn't know he was pumping a scam. He has stopped now

She also mentioned that if enough people came forward as a group, they might look at a class action type scenario. Not too likely in my estimation though. The crooks are going more with 'wires only' funding now as it is much harder to claw back than cc's

Well stated Wendy. I still can't believe I was "had" yet again either (x 3! ) These cretins are crafty in their "cons" however, and at the end of the day, we can still look in the mirror and not feel any shame as these parasitic vultures must.. if they had "souls" that is!
