These are just my observations.. but it all is very clear to me after many nights of pondering all the red flags I ignored along the way.. I received another text from this forum from a guy that also referred me to a link about this very same scam that has been going on in China for long time ...

Thank you.. yes this was the scam.. I understand it now.. but most importantly how to follow up and recover the monies? Has anyone been successful?

FX SCAM there are 2 parts to this scam 1 is the human element,,we are programmed by society and people of our generation to assume when we texting and chatting with someone ..they must be real..and the pics they produce must be this person. But the younger generation that has grown up...
