Berndale had time to answer FOS until Sep 2nd - they didnt.
On Sep 12th I got an email from FOS saying the below - since then I am waiting...
Thank you for your email. The dispute is currently awaiting allocation at our Case Management stage.

for me nothing happened yet - they still completely ignore me on any emails or made withdrawal requests - I am now waiting for the case to be assigned to the ombudsman
well GKFX closed my account through an email to me and requested me in that email to put in a withdrawal request, which I did and they have not processed it in 2 months now, and do not answer with any reason why so...
can you tell us more about the settlement? how did it happen, what time did it take, who did you speak with there? I have been waiting for almost 2 months for them to process my withdrawal, they are neither saying why they are not processing nor anything else.
yes because it is very obvious that there is a scam going on - and in fact has been going on for years under different corporate outfits - so the sooner any real names are publicly exposed, the better it is for no new people to fall into the same trap. NoaFx has no intention to stop illegally...
Also someone from Noa FX ormore so CMI with the name of Bryan Preston has contacted FPA saying he would look into the matter and help to solve it - this has been going on for one month almost and he came back with nothing but that he has no technical access to any accounts to see anything and...
I have had the same **** going on with 37k not being paid out sence december - so ethos/noafx is a big scam in my opinion, and the authorities in NZ are very slow and provide no help thus far...seems the people behind ethos/noa have been doing this again and again - so beware!
with alot of new impressions over many complaints with numerous bodies in NZ and SG I can only give the advise to stay away from any of thes emickey mouse jurisdictions... NZ is deregistering CMI or rather HAS already so the FDR has no responsibility to cover any claims made...all bodies are...
meanwhile have located anumber of more clients...the damage go into 7 figure amount... of course no money came and "noa mgmt" is silent... support as usual is happy to pass the request to "conern team" or "accounts team" and never an answer comes back
yes certainly, first thing I did - and they said they will pass on to management as they always say either to management or accounts team, but also like always, noone ever gets back to you unfortunately...
I did so end of last week and I would welcome them to provide information here.
At this point I still have neither been contacted other than generic support emails nor have recieved my withdrawal funds.
