FXDD agreed to revise the close positions to 123.50 yesterday after 2 weeks of the incident.. my account now nett balance 6.7k... 16.3k was lost. With the GBPJPY now went up to 127.26... i lost about 400 pips of "capital"... Hope my account won't be stopped out again due to huge slippage.

Support said... its a global phenomenon... price came from their liquidity providers... nothing they can do. Negative balance will be write off. Offered me credit instead of real money. Initially i asked for credit but feeling short-changed. I lost real money... i should get back real money too.

XM is a genuine broker... i just withdrew USD 20000 last week... Money sent to my e-wallet on the same day. I see most complainers never told the whole story and play tricks with the bonuses.

Most probably he gets his money already... each time my withdrawal was smooth... no issue... only thing that can delay the payment is IF your handwriting is not clear.... FXDD may read it wrongly for the wire transfer.... then of course, the money will never reach your bank account.... FXDD...

I have been with FXDD for 7 years... made withdrawal each month... sometimes during long holidays there maybe some hold up on withdrawal request... Now i use Skrill for faster processing.
