Thanks for your reply . Kindly clarify why this difference is not in Gold/Silver? Also how comes when I opened the account you did not move me to VIP immediately I deposited ,why after the complain. Also why could you not wait for the trades to close,why withdraw money when one has running...

I’m your advise if you deposited via credit card, Call your bank/credit card company and raise a chargeback under “service promised never provided” You should get your money back.

EasyMarkets are still dead silent on this issue after I sent multiple emails ,email to complaints department,sent screenshots to this post and still no communication from the company. They are guilty so there might not be much to say from their team. FPA Family,what do I do next ?

if you deposited money via credit card MasterCard or Visa Call your bank or credit card company and request a charge back under “services promised were not received". You should get your money

B Bank or credit Card company

If you deposited money via credit/debit card call your back and raise a charge back under services promised not rendered”

If you paid via credit card/Debit (MasterCard card/VISA e.t.c) call your bank and raise a charge back under “services promised not offered” You will get your cash back

I even emailed them and sent screenshots of this post on FPA

Response so far is silence from my account manager and CEO Mr Daniel Distanced himself from easymarket Australia and Easymarket Europe when I requested to get a communication from Easymarkets global They said CEO does not solve such issues. Am here I know FPA will help me
