I received an email from UFX, I ask them to refund me... Until then, no more response...

Thank you Pharaoh! I have a question, I couldn't submit to court UFX by the FPA cause Companies with active scam finding are not eligible for additional Traders Court cases. UFX is already the subject of an FPA Scam Finding. So what should I do? Do I have any hope or chance to get my money back?
