I'd started my trade last year and just win small amount of money, but I didn’t do any withdraw. But this year, I lost a big amount in January. Therefore, I need to do deposit to keep the money in my trade account. However, they stop my account on March and I just start to win my money back.

Yes, I did. ASIC asked me to inform Financial Ombudsman Service, but FOS explained to me that they could only involve this case after 45 days we still fail to deal with ForexCT. The problem is now ForexCT compliance department doesn't contact me or explain to me what's going on. :(
