I knew they were just stalling. I had opened a complaint with AFCA and a day later magic happened.

I got good news. They decided to approve my withdrawal and they sent the profit to my bank account. I'm waiting for it to appear on my bank account. Keep you updated!

Well they keep sending me the same answer over and over again even tough i make some good points. I don't think they will respond to this thread. I lost my profit and i have to deal with it. Atleast i got my deposit back. Hope they get marked as scammers.

I got this answer today. In section 5.1.3 it is not stated that they won't pay me out if i don't meet their due diligence requirements. I couldn't care less about re opening my account nor trading with them. All i care about is my profit.

Lol! I uploaded my creditcard statement again and my card got verified!!!!! They kept rejecting it and now it got verified?? What the hell. My account is still restricted with a balance of 2.6K

I was typing my password wrong, i can log in. But if i want to withdraw, i get a error message that tells me my account is restricted. There is a credit card that requires verification, but i sent statement and photo's and they keep denying it.

I can't login....

they blocked my account. I don't get any response anymore from support. :) @FxMaster and @4evermaat Is there something i can do beside waiting?

They don't even make an effort in solving this issue or paying me out. This is the last email i received from them on 31/07 I feel powerless and i know i won't see my money, but i don't care. I just want them to be marked as scammers on the review section.

I have already provided everything i had. From picture of ID to picture of credit cards and statements. They just want me to send them everything by post to stall everything. I'm very busy and work everyday 10 hours. Obtaining credit card statements signed by the director and an utility bill...

My deposit got returned, but now the remaining balance is not going to be send unless i send the certified documents. Which i will not. I will invite them here if i see the button tomorrow.
