If the broker refuses to refund the money, you can go to your bank and make a chargeback. Anyway, you could send the photo with card (leave only the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the front of the card visible). Also, you should cover the CVV code from the back of the card.

Ask them to make a refund. No need for the card in this case.

This broker refused to pay my money. They simply deleted the profitable trades from my account. Pelliron operates through local companies from Moldova (Double Case) and Ucraine (Profit Time). They do not have any license. Be aware!
