Update I received a chargeback from Chase bank for my remaining 60k. I will thankfully chalk this up to a lesson learned an am very thankful for chase Bank's help is resolving this dispute. Thank you to all the good advise in resolving my delima.

Did you contact your credit card company if that is the way you funded the account to file a dispute with them on the basis of lack of quality of service I did not received and breach of contract. I was successful with one dispute so far getting back 7500 with one to go to get the remaining...

I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. Hope to get funds invested back based on quality of service or lack there of. I have no basis for a dispute about unauthorized transaction since I did authorization s for each transaction. Just because it is a scam is not a valid...
