The US sure knows how to exert diplomatic pressure on other countries in such matters. Especially, on poor nations that are dependent on foreign aid, like Mauritius and Congo.

Israel is a small country and their border guards keep a good record on who enters and leaves it and when. I find it hard to believe they genuinely cannot locate Yossi.

The cost should be deducted from the many billions of US annual aid to Israel.
